"Simply fantastic! Sa Tanca e Bore was a true culinary paradise! The young but extremely professional and attentive staff, without being intrusive. The tasting menu was an incredible experience, with a selection of cured meats and extra fried foods that preceded the exquisite first courses. The suckling pig with its crispy rind and tender diaphragm were the real stars of the evening! And the desserts? Divine! The room was welcoming and spotlessly clean, a true refuge after an evening of good food. And breakfast? Couldn't ask for more! The girl at the counter was kind and smiling, and the croissants, jams, fresh fruit, and traditional biscuits were all delicious. We were treated like kings and queens! I highly recommend Tanca di Bore to anyone looking for a quality evening and a pleasant stay. We'll definitely be back!"

Nice location and top restaurant in the evening but service at breakfast is really too slow and breakfast choice limited. rooms are too dark.

We've been coming from San Teodoro for 11 years specifically to dine in this characteristic corner of Sardinia, and this agriturismo never disappoints in terms of the quality (and quantity) of its dishes and the service, with its courteous and attentive staff. As always, we take home a bottle of their Cannonau, which is decidedly high-quality. Speaking of wine, I don't understand the reviews I see that talk about red wine being served warm. While white wine is usually served cold, the red has always been served at its ideal temperature, around 12°C (54°F), straight from the cellar. Highly recommended!

Agriturismo a dir poco meraviglioso immerso nella suggestiva macchia mediterranea, ai piedi di una imponente montagna, con un ampio parcheggio e un bellissimo giardino. Dopo essere arrivati siamo stati subito accolti nel migliore dei modi da Matteo il quale ci ha spiegato i loro svariati piatti. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione di antipasti con diversi affettati, formaggi fusi nel carasau, trippa, verdure ecc ecc.., abbiamo terminato con il maialetto arrosto accompagnato da verdure alla griglia e patate al forno. È stata un’esperienza fantastica poiché abbiamo apprezzato la professionalità e cordialità di tutto il personale, l’ottimo cibo e il loro buonissimo vino. Voto 10

Esperienza davvero eccellente! Siamo stati per una cena, incuriositi dopo aver scoperto il locale sui social. La location è semplicemente meravigliosa: curata, accogliente e suggestiva. Il personale è stato impeccabile, sempre presente, cordiale e molto professionale. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione e ogni portata ci ha conquistati: sapori autentici, genuini, che riportano direttamente alla vera tradizione sarda. Un viaggio gastronomico che consiglio a chiunque ami la buona cucina. Consigliatissimo, almeno una volta da provare… ma personalmente ci tornerò sicuramente! Complimenti per l’ottimo servizio, la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera davvero unica.
