Very large and comfortable room, well-kept, clean and sufficiently heated. We opted, upon telephone reservation, for dinner and subsequent room in a B&B, located 20 meters from the restaurant (very comfortable and functional). Upon arrival we were received with extreme kindness and they immediately provided us with the room. Comfortable beds, very large bathroom (also suitable for disabled people) equipped with everything you need. In the room the air conditioner is already on (very kind gesture), a fridge with drinks and a TV. It's time for dinner, ready, let's go! We sit at a very spacious table (there are only 3 of us, two adults and a child) which doesn't hurt also because with all the obligatory stuff that has arrived. The boy who received us upon arrival explains to us how the evening will work and in fact after a few minutes he comes to pick us up at the table to take us to the meat "safe". We are stunned at the mere sight of it! The detailed description of each carré present in the fridge begins: origin, name of the farm, nationality, type of diet and duration of maturation... (we look like we are at an exhibition of paintings) I have never seen such a service. We decide on our cut and out comes 2.06kg of Spanish Asturiana (a dinosaur). In the meantime, next to us, we see the "meatico" Livio (the one who makes videos on Facebook and who always puts the salt first) who prepares the embers and greets us. We return to the table and start with various appetizers typical of the local cuisine, a fantastic house Cannonau, bottled which reaches 15% vol., but does not weigh down, it goes down a pleasure and above all it does not knock us out after the second glass. Here it is, after 45/50 minutes, its majesty arrives and is cut in front of us and placed on a hot plate. Tender, juicy, never "stringy", the right amount of fat and salt, a unique taste and excellent cooking! I'm in ecstasy, I've never eaten a cut of meat like this, perfect cooking, I can't find a flaw... Unfortunately, being two adults and a child we cannot finish it all, we leave "the two slices of shame" We accompany everything with grilled vegetables that do nothing to make us finish the two pieces of brontosaurus. What can I say... Unique experience definitely to be repeated as soon as finances allow, yes because the final price is very high. A round of applause goes to all the staff: all the waitresses are very well trained in describing the various dishes (something that is not too obvious nowadays), kind, smiling, and fast... The best! The only flaw: I would improve the road signs to reach the restaurant (the signs are not very visible and you risk continuing further and then turning back) and the stretch of dirt road that passes under the 131dcn. I highly recommend it for a unique experience, please pay attention to the prices to avoid surprises. We hope to see you again soon, thank you and..... "In any case, the salt put in first is fine!"

We went here with friends to take advantage of the Braceria service! Excellent quality cuts and wide choice! The location is also beautiful and quite well looked after Given our expense however, quite disappointed with the service and time management... Of course, everything can always be improved! I hope they prove me wrong next time

A high quality venue, all very friendly and helpful staff. If you come to eat meat, their specialty, I highly recommend not taking anything else, they are important cuts both in terms of size and price. They don't cut the bone so the pieces of meat you choose range from 1.5kg up, evaluate the size and price carefully first so as not to have surprises in the bill.

Il locale stride un po rispetto alla location ma mi è piaciuto, pessima l’organizzazione ed il servizio, ravioli nella media, porcetto esageratamente abbondante ed ottimo, tenero, solo un po sciapo, ottimo il dolce. Non è un locale dove risparmi, ma dove mangi bene ed in quantità, pagando il corrispettivo.

We were here for dinner on November 1st, after the various videos we were too curious, we had to try. Unfortunately the rooms were occupied and we were unable to stay in the hotel, but on the other hand we were able to taste the meat. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery, the structure is beautiful with huge windows, the idea of ​​the bracceria in plain sight is excellent. The bathroom sinks made from rough stone are very beautiful. The guys who followed us were all good and well-prepared, present but not intrusive, as soon as we arrived they made us sit down, on the table there is already some carasau bread seasoned with oil and salt in whole sheets, the mise en place is simple and effective, table without tablecloth but underplate in painted sheet metal engraved with the name of the place, even the napkins are personalized, nice. But let's get to the food. On the waiter's advice, since we had to eat meat we took 1 mixed starter divided into 4, because the steaks are at least 1.5 kg. In the appetizer, in addition to the cured meats, there were fried sweetbreads, melted cheese on carasau bread, a caponata pie with fresh ricotta and mushrooms, all appetizers while waiting for the meat to cook, which takes a minimum of 40 minutes. To choose the meat we were accompanied to the fridge and there it was explained to us what we would eat, no questions, no lessons, a simple explanation of the type of meat and the flavor we would find to help us choose and based on these few but important notions we ended up choosing the ternera cow and the yellow fat retinta. Once cooked, the meat is brought to your table and cut in front of you then placed on hot plates, along with the meat also a side dish of potatoes and grilled vegetables. What can I say, good, tasty meat, 2 completely different flavours, one more delicate, the other more important in flavour. Cooking well done, perhaps the Retinta was a little more cooked, so once placed on the hot plate it was cooked further, but nothing serious, a matter of taste. Aime we left some meat but it was obvious. To drink a glass of their wine and 2 craft beers, water and a coke, finally 4 sorbets. The price is a little high compared to the average, but justified by the quality, let's put it this way, the price is determined by the meat chosen and above all by its weight, if you don't take meat, the prices are normal, even the drinks don't have absurd or strange prices . We went to eat meat, we knew we would spend more than usual, the prices are on the menu and everything is well explained, you can't complain. For meat lovers it is an experience not to be missed, also because the meats offered are not the usual meats that are always found. For example, Ternera is a meat that is produced in limited quantities and there was a wait of 1 and a half years before having it in the restaurant, in short, not just a simple Florentine steak. I recommend it and I'm sure I will return. Another very important thing is that they accept dogs, even 2 dogs as large as ours.

The Restaurant is excellent for the Environment and its food.... The Porceddu is a big plate of 6 pieces. The Agnello is of 4 with a very good taste Great choices of Sardinia's wines. We tried the house one, called Cannonau Sa Tanca, and it worth to try it. The service is wonderful

Suggested by a dear local friend. Expectations were high and we were not disappointed! Very nice place as well as the choice of raw materials: good and divinely cooked! The service is nothing short of impeccable: courteous waiters, trained and available to explain each dish. I highly recommend it!
