A unique experience in the province of Rieti. Two young people who had the courage to bet on the land! Ancient grains with a vision for the future. Rational grazing, knowledge sharing, and hospitality. And then the unmissable Harvest Festival, which this year is enhanced with a new wood-fired oven!

I visited the Tularù farm to learn about their philosophy and business operations. A new way of thinking about agriculture from the perspective of agricultural practices, environmental and social impact, and local development...and the food is delicious, too!

Tularù is a special place, where Miguel and Alessandra are creating a wonderful project of inclusion, of rediscovering our agricultural and pastoral roots. We ate exceptionally, with local products prepared with care. The bread of Tularù reminded me of my grandmother's, a bread from other times, a bread made with the ancient grains of our ancestors. I will return soon and I recommend everyone to go!

Si mangia davvero molto bene, anche vegetariano, in più aria pulita, gentilezza, ed inoltre tante iniziative interessanti per condividere il progetto di questo posto particolare. Prodotti del menù in base alla stagione. Oggi abbiamo mangiato una zuppa di cipolle strepitosa e digeribilissima, polpette di legumi con un' ottima salsa, dolci squisiti. Prezzo tra i 20/30 euro
