Excellent dough, nothing to say, they use quality flours, overall a very pleasant dinner. The buffalo, burrata and cold cuts are good but you can do better. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't produce the fried foods for me. a restaurant that only makes pizza cannot only offer frozen fried foods, at least supplì and croquettes must be artisanal or semi-artisanal, however they were not bad

The place is clean, convenient to park and easy to find because it is on the Casilina. Waiter helpful and very welcoming. raw materials, good, tasty and in my opinion of excellent choice. We ate well and compliments also for the imaginative tastes in filling the pinse.

An excellent culinary experience at this TS pizzeria. We took a pinsa margherita and a buffalo. A dough made with more flours gives a particular taste experience. You can feel that the ingredients are of high quality and everything gives a product, in my opinion, of a high standard. Good service, very nice and clean location, friendly staff and parking. Next time I will also post a photo because this pinsa is worth it, it is also beautiful to look at and is served on a plate that looks like a wooden cutting board. Very welcome welcome pass. I highly recommend this venue.

The pinsa you eat in this restaurant is a real delight. Welcomed by a welcome taster of unique flavours, a menu full of very particular varieties of pinsa. I personally tried the one with chickpea cream. Furthermore, fried vegetables in excellent batter, and I would say quite abundant. Average prices.

We ate two tasty and really good pinsas, welcomed by the young but delicately competent and efficient waiter. The welcome appetizer was good and appreciated, I would say a nice surprise. The only negative note is the limited choice of beers and desserts.
