Delicious pizza with excellent, high-quality ingredients. Due to a mix-up, we weren't able to try the traditional dough.
The grain dough wasn't exactly to our taste (but that's a matter of taste), but it was very original and easy to digest.
We'll definitely be back to try the traditional dough.
The lady was very kind and professional.

The place isn't very big, but it's still cute, well-kept, and quiet, making it perfect for a quiet dinner with friends. The pizzas are very good, and the menu is quite unique. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who served us. Highly recommended after a leisurely stroll through Cervia's city center.

Delicious pizza, truly delicious dough, long-rising, and made with excellent wheat. Truly one of the best in the Ravenna area. Summer spot with a great atmosphere. Smaller in the winter, but the pizza is always excellent. The owners are very kind; we've been going there for years, mostly in the summer, and they've never disappointed!

Dinner was pizza made in an electric oven with good ingredients, and the pizza dough could be improved. The service was excellent, friendly, professional, and smiling.

Very beautiful aesthetics - I am impressed! Very kind, professional and energetic service (owner?), great comfortable music and energy, nice view, lots of light, I felt great there and didn't want to leave. :-)

Trucolo of Cervia was a true find and it's naturally leavened dough for the pizza was worth waiting for as it was booked out early evening...
I did find it more comfortable to digest and I would recommend its visit to anyone at the historic part of Cervia
