What can I say, the lady cooks in a divine way, char and trout cooked in various ways, one better than the other. A special note goes to the quality of the fish that is raised by them, without a doubt the best I have ever eaten and this is said by a lover of trout and char.

30/03/25 Un piccolo angolo nascosto a Masi di Cavalese in val di fiemme dove riscontri sapori e profumi genuini in un atmosfera famigliare. In questo posticino con 4 tavoli in legno la trota e il salmerino sono i protagonisti,allevati nella troticoltura adiacente , cucinati e presentati magistralmente in vari modi. I proprietari persone affabili e genuine e il prezzo a mio parere onesto. Mauro D.

Un’oasi di pace. Locale arredato in stile tipico, tutto in legno e con buon gusto. Proprietari cortesi e affabili. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Pesce a cm 0. Parte tutto dalla loro produzione. Un crescendo di bontà dal tris di antipasti passando per il risotto con tartare di salmerino per concludere con il superbo pesce fritto. Un’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo l’anno prossimo.

Pizz...stop

25/06/2025: This is an extraordinary place where locals love to stop for lunch or dinner. You'll find a huge variety of delicious food, and their pizza on a thin, classic crust is absolutely divine – truly typical and traditional! You can grab a slice or take a whole one with you to enjoy later. The staff here are incredibly helpful and nice, making your visit even better. It's definitely one of those spots you must come and visit!

17/06/2025: I stayed this weekend with a group of friends on the occasion of a football tournament. The location is reminiscent of the classic mountain huts immersed in the spectacular green landscape and silence, the rooms are comfortable and with spacious balconies overlooking the greenery, furnished in mountain house style. In 15 minutes you go down to the valley. We were welcomed in a kind, cordial, thoughtful and attentive way to any possible need and always available and very kind. Very good cuisine, the place also lends itself well to classic outdoor lunches in the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. If I found a small flaw I would recommend strengthening the internet connection and the mobile signal a little.
03/06/2025: We had lunch on June 2nd, enchanting place, super lunch and the great kindness of the owner and daughter, made us spend a beautiful day
