Troticoltura che utilizza i suoi prodotti anche per fare ristorante, sebbene con orario ridotto.
Va detto che la sala per mangiare è appena sufficiente, pochi tavoli e ambiente "rustico".
Le idee però non mancano, ed io prendo il tris di antipasti che si rivelerà buono, ma saranno gli involtini a vincere per distacco.
Il dolce alla birra miele e caramello salato mi ha un po' deluso, troppo dolce e miele preponderante.
Servizio simpatico, la nipotina Jasmine tenerissima, il prezzo in linea.

Ristorante a conduzione familiare di piccole dimensioni a base di trota, allevata proprio nel giardino della struttura, in cui si trova anche un orticello e una zona dedicata agli animali da cortile (pavoni, galline, pony). È possibile consumare sia all’interno, sia all’esterno, ma mi raccomando la prenotazione poiché i posti sono molto limitati e il posto molto gettonato. Il menù offre principalmente piatti a base di trota, fritta, marinata, affumicata ecc. abbiamo trovato ogni proposta davvero deliziosa.
Dolce alla birra e caramello salato!

La famiglia si occupa di tutte le fasi della ristorazione, dal raccogliere i prodotti nell’orto, al cucinarli, al presentarli a tavola. Si respira molto l’aria informale familiare.

We were in the mood for fresh trout and went straight to a small restaurant on a trout farm. A small family business and located near Tesero. A small restaurant, there is only room for a few tables, and very cozy. The landlady, who was also the cook, welcomed us warmly and very friendly. The menu was of course all about the trout and the char, which are also farmed there. First of all, we had three types of antipasti with smoked Saubling, pickled trout and trout marinated in light vinegar with caper berries. There was also fresh, warm bread and small tostadas. That was very good and the appetizer portion for one person was easily enough for two. Then we ordered grilled trout with a shredded potato rosti and a young white cabbage salad. You could tell from the food that a lot of emphasis was placed on regional, local products. We thought that was very good. The food was very tasty and the trout was grilled to perfection. There was also a nice bottle of Gewürztraminer for what we thought was a small amount of money from Trentino. We felt very comfortable in the Troticoltura Vinante and can only recommend this lovely family business. We wish you continue to have as many satisfied guests as we have had.
