As a Roman, I can say the food is very good: tender meat and not overly heavy/spicy sides. I personally really liked the location, open-air and with good music. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, he destroyed any stereotype about northerners being reserved and grumpy (considering that they consider me a southerner 😂). The staff are equally available to help with anything, and considering we changed their order five times, they never made a fuss!

You know those things that make you think summer is beautiful? Well, Trivelin is one of them. Great guys, a simple atmosphere, bold flavors, just as it should be. It pleases young and old, it's Trivelin!

Everything perfect, beautiful place, maximum freedom on Fridays live music, amazing sandwiches and much more, good beer, shame it's only open on Tuesdays and Fridays, the season has just started, don't miss it
