                QUALITY AND COURTESY
Excellent bread made with flour from mills that grind ancient and traceable Italian grains using stone and cylinder mills. A wide daily selection for all meals (including breakfast).
The pan pizzas are good (though not a huge selection). The Passata della Pizza Rossa (and the dough, of course) are excellent.
Prices are in line with, or slightly lower than, similar micro-ovens.

                Let's start by saying that my job is to create videos for restaurants and companies on social media, so I interact with pizza chefs and bakers on a daily basis, so I love this world.
I stumbled upon this bakery by chance and bought
Bruschetta bread
Barese pizza
Baguette
Pangocciolo
Cinammon rolls
Chocolate brioche bread.
The bread and pizzas were divine, clearly outclassing
Bonci, Arnesno, Marè, and company, at a fair price.
I didn't like the desserts, but that's just my opinion.

                A well-kept and truly tasty baking corner.
The display alone makes you want to buy and in fact, driven by this, we spent €60 on loaves of bread (ancient flours), pizza, focaccias and breakfast which we took all the way to Sicily.
The thing that struck me most? They were all young.
Being a bread maker is not an easy job and requires many sacrifices and seeing young people who have created such a beautiful and refined concept (especially attentive to raw materials) with one of the oldest jobs in the world deserves a commendable mention.

                I passed by this bakery by chance and was immediately attracted by the scent it gave off!
