The internal restaurant is cute and rustic, the covered porch is so and so, however the staff is kind, the gluten-free pizza, although thin, was really very good, the supplì was also very good, unfortunately as there were a lot of people (it was Saturday evening) the food was without Gluten didn't arrive at the same or almost the same time as the other diners' dinners so when they had almost finished their pizzas, mine arrived 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe next time I'll be luckier ☺️

It's not easy to find a good gluten-free pizza. This is perhaps the main reason why I continually return to Triticum. The fried foods are also very good. Convenient parking and reasonable prices...what else can I say...highly recommended

We were a table with several people and we opted for the non-stop pizza menu. The pizzas, round or in a pan, were initially delivered so that we could all eat together, but as the place filled up the times became longer and the last two pizzas did not arrive at the same time. Despite this we ate well. Light and easily digestible pizza. Fried not at all greasy, very good. They also have a separate kitchen for celiacs.

Gluten free options are great! I found everything from appetizers to desserts, very friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment. Super recommended

(unfortunately I didn't take photos) I went to dinner on a Tuesday evening, we were a table of 10 people, 1 of whom had celiac disease... I'll start by saying that our table was practically attached to another behind us and, to go to the bathroom, I had to get 2 people from my table to get up and move since their chairs were resting right on the chair of the table behind... not so much appreciated, also because not even the waiters were able to come by to bring the dishes and we passed them among ourselves (it's not a problem to pass the dishes to each other but it was to underline that by dint of having more people come in to eat, they too work badly) . the appetizers are very good, we took trays with mixed fried foods - they are small, so you can taste everything, which I really liked. we wanted to wait for the celiac girl to start eating but, at the end of the fair, her only supplì arrived about 20-25 minutes after we ordered it, together with all the pizzas (we asked for it several times). I think there was a problem in the kitchen, but no one told us this so I deduce it. let's say they always said "yes we'll bring it" and then it didn't arrive, however it was important that it was brought (they told me it was good). I was a little disappointed by the pizzas, perhaps due to personal taste because on highly seasoned pizzas I don't find the point of putting raw oil on them which personally I find too strong in flavour. that was all that stuck in my mind - other people at the table also confirmed this - so it wasn't exactly what I expected (I've had take-out pizza several times and have never encountered this). overall I think that, despite it being a Tuesday evening, they were very busy as the place was full, so I understand the situation but, as a customer, I judge what I experience in 360 degrees 😁

Neighborhood pizzeria, quality and price average for the area, nothing exceptional but it's the right place to have a pizza with friends

Dinner on Saturday evening with friends and family, with pizza delivery service. Pizza normal but service in my opinion approximate... then very long waiting times between the first slices of pizza arriving and the following ones

In truth there is nothing that drove me crazy... everything was good or bad average. The too varied pizza menu often includes pizzas that are not too well tested... and in fact this was the case for some. However, I was impressed by the dining room staff, who were truly experienced. From the young to the less young, despite a Saturday in which the place seemed to explode, they were quick and decisive. Compliments.

Buona pizzeria con offerta di pizze senza lattosio e senza glutine in zona Casalotti. Ottimo impasto la pizza, gentilissimo il personale tutto ed ottima la qualità dei piatti. Unico appunto non sono ancora riusciti a portarmi i porcini fritti da menù. Gentilissimo anche ragazzo che sovraintende al parcheggio, parcheggio che però non riesce ad ospitare tutte le vetture del ristorante ed ti è l'unica pecca del posto. l

Ragazzi questo posto rimane una garanzia ! Veniamo spesso qui ed ogni volta portiamo persone diverse così da far capire a tutti che senza glutine non vuol dire m**** anzi !!! Amiamo venire da voi perché riuscite a far stare nello stesso tavolo persone con difficoltà alimentari e non, dalla celiachia al semplice impasto integrale o senza lattosio . Chi non è mai venuto qui DEVE venire
