Tritalo is a must-visit in Palermo! The food and drinks were amazing full of flavor and perfectly prepared. But the best part was the staff so friendly, welcoming, and passionate. They made the whole experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

We came here for dinner and the evening atmosphere is nice. I had spaghetti carbonara and a mojito, both great. Service was very fast at first, a bit slower later in the visit but nothing to beat. Prices around €14 for spaghetti, €8 for a cocktail.

Tartare was unbelievably good, pistachio pesto is good as long as you like pistachio flavor as it is very heavy. Seafood risotto was very good probably the best entree. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Lemon sorbet is a must for dessert.

Our large family had the best time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing and had something for everyone to eat. From the appetizers to main course, food was fresh and authentic. The service was amazing and we totally enjoyed chatting with the owner, he made the whole experience amazing!! Please go to this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed! Piatti anche per vegetariani. Roberto accompagna nella scelta del vino ascoltando con attenzione e simpatia le richieste di ogni commensale; Simona, Mario e Alberto sempre sorridenti , presenti, disponibili e preparati rendono la permanenza al tavolo un’esperienza piacevolissima. Servizio impeccabile. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Prezzi in linea con i prodotti offerti e cantina davvero ottima.
