The Trippa con patate was the best meal I had during our 4days in Napoli. If you’re going to eat real food this should be on your list. Those who can take the cuts that are often set aside and transform them into masterpieces are the true chefs. Well done gentleman. Savory, salty, craveable….10/10. Some America’s are real eaters too ✌🏻

Amazing food and service from the young man who took care of us. We saw many locals buying the plain cooked tripe and asked about it. He let us try some afterwards. So good! We bought some to take away after our meal of tripe with tomato sauce and genovese caramelized onion pasta. Thank you

10/10 amazing mom n pop store with friendly staff and no frills food. Tried the deep fried tripe and it was delicious. Portions are very generous and service is fast. Best part is the prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely the place to go to get away from touristy spots.

Tradition, good food and excellent portions. We went for dinner and I had the tripe with sauce: amazing. I would have taken more but my stomach had no more room! Also honorable mention to the freshly fried croquettes, a delight, very crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Super nice owners! Highly recommended.

Naples No.1! Napoli n.1! The best restaurant in Naples! Ordered tomato tripe and fried tripe. The first is spaghetti with onion stew and the last is spaghetti. Super delicious. The seasoning of the tomato tripe is very balanced, the tripe is soft but maintains its toughness, and the cheese flavor is very fragrant. The onion stewed meat noodles are moderately soft and hard, and have a strong flavor of caramelized onions. The stir-fried pasta is slightly spicy and has plenty of meat. You can order fried cheese balls and fried tripe one at a time. The fried stuff is still very greasy, and I feel like the tripe needs to be fried a little more. The beer is also very refreshing, with an explosion of hop flavor.
Ogni boccone un angelo entra di te, divina la trippa e gli spaghetti con il soffritto, il Marsala un po’ rischioso perché non si sente l’alcol quindi non consigliato per gli astemi ma perfetto.
