Exceptional tripe in a small and very Spartan place. Prompt yet basic service. It is absolutely worth it to taste one of the typical dishes of Neapolitan cuisine.

Una delle poche tripperie che si distingue per la pulizia e l'igiene oltre che per l'eccellente qualità della carne esposta.
Ci hanno preparato a vista una vaschetta di "o pere e o musso" squisita condita con limone, giardiniera, olive e lupini che è piaciuta anche alla mia compagna che non mangia frattaglie.
