Typical, delicious and affordable cuisine!

The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was spectacular.

Everything was fantastic: fragoli with tripe; pasta carbonara… The waiter was lovely. Great atmosphere. I was the only tourist. 💃

We ate the Trippa al sugo and Trippa con fagioli. Excellent and a generous portion. Two enormous but light babas. A glass of house white wine. Very friendly welcome. Local atmosphere frequented by Neapolitans, off the beaten tourist track. I highly recommend it.

Good food, good hospitality, comfortable location

I've never eaten in such a traditional, warm, and good trattoria. I'll be back.

We were curious to try tripe for the first time and stopped at Tripperia da Franchesco O'Russ. It was a great find! Our waiter, Giuseppe, was incredibly kind and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations. We tried the tripe with red sauce, and it had a very interesting and unique flavor. My husband loved it and finished the whole dish! We also had the fried anchovies, which were superb, and the chicken schnitzel, which was perfectly cooked. Even the bread was delicious. For dessert, we had the baba and even tried the limoncello…the perfect way to end the meal. All in all, it's a cozy little spot tucked away in the streets of Naples where the food is excellent and made with care. Highly recommended! Very good and not expensive traditional Napolitan food. We had the Tripe Al Suco, Fried Anchovies, Cotoletta de Pollo and the babá for dessert. The house wine was delicious and the server was attentive. Very nice experience overall.
