Beautiful location with attention to detail. Spectacular pool, perfect for relaxing. Very good breakfast, with an excellent selection. Recommended!!!

We stayed this weekend after having dinner in June. The property is wonderful, surrounded by well-kept greenery among the vineyards. The rooms are obviously extremely rustic but very large and clean. We stayed in the "Two Amarcord" room. There's wine and drinks in the room if you need them, of course, for a fee. Cleaning is done with linens changed every three days. The pool is very well-kept, with reserved spots for those staying in the rooms, as there's the option of daily entry. The food is excellent, and the wine is really good. All the staff are very kind, both in the restaurant and at the pool bar. And the girls at the reception. While the owner is extremely unpleasant and arrogant, and now I'll explain why, we broke a glass without using it simply by moving the dresser; it fell. We immediately notified the staff that evening, who were very kind and told us it can happen. To be fair, we reported the information in the morning to pay for it. We found the lady at reception who told us to stay calm, and this lady intervened and said, "Well, they're delicate, you don't have to carry them! First, you're not in the room with us, I don't have them, and second, how can you expect someone to use a glass?" Obviously, we were disappointed but didn't say anything. At checkout, their POS wasn't connected, and they had no payment, while I was deducted twice the amount plus one for the successful payment. I asked if they could kindly call POS support. She intervened and told me to call her, which obviously I can't do, and I kindly explained that I work in a facility with a POS and that we should call and inquire. She continued in a truly rude manner. That's definitely not the way to do it! In the end, I resolved it myself and even forgot to get the receipt I was entitled to, but that's no way to treat people, especially if the person in front of you is extremely kind to you. There are ways and ways. Their wine is spectacular, but honestly, if we return, it will only be for dinner so we don't have to have any conversations with the lady.

We stayed for two days in June...what can I say...a fabulous place. Very spacious room, equipped with everything you need. We stayed half board... both at breakfast and dinner, you feel like you're on a farm; all the ingredients are seasonal and beautifully prepared! The tasting menu deserves special mention; the sommelier was very knowledgeable, and being a "native," she conveyed the essence of Romagna to us. Kudos also to the pool, a very well-kept environment...a truly significant plus for the property. In short, you eat well, you drink even better, you relax...what more could you want?!

Beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by green vineyards. The spotless pool is a true oasis of relaxation. The grounds, with their free-roaming peacocks, are truly enchanting. The staff is incredibly kind and available to meet every need.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Faenza and Castel Bolognese, the agriturismo is in the countryside surrounded by vineyards—an ideal place for a break from the city, with a lovely pool and super helpful and welcoming staff. I just held my daughter's wedding reception in this beautiful location surrounded by greenery, and everything was perfect. Good food, excellent wine, smiling and helpful staff, and above all, a place where even the kids can play and run around without any worries. What can I say... a huge thank you to all the staff.

The place has a lovely garden with nice rooms and nice hosts. Unfortunately the food was disappointing this year compared to our stay last year.

Siamo venuti in questo agriturismo  per una cena di matrimonio e per la maggior parte di noi invitati era previsto anche il pernottamento (soluzione ottima). Pomeriggio caldo e afoso per cui dopo la cerimonia  di corsa a fare il check-in e subito un gran sollievo per le stanze molto spaziose e freschissime.  La cena è iniziata in giardino con un buffet abbondante e variegato, c'era praticamente di tutto. Sarà la posizione non lo so ma un freschetto ci ha accompagnato per tutta la serata. La cena è poi proseguita all'interno fino alla torta nuziale. Naturalmente musica, giochi e "open bar" a bordo della piscina fino a tardi, anzi tardissimo, per la gioia dei nostri ragazzi, senza infastidire nessuno data l'ubicazione isolata e in aperta campagna. La mattina presto apro la finestra silenzio assoluto interrotto solo dal canto di centinaia di uccelli. Che spettacolo...

English: We came to this farmhouse for a wedding dinner and for most of us guests there was also an overnight stay planned (an excellent solution). It was a hot and muggy afternoon so after the ceremony we rushed to check in and were immediately relieved by the very spacious and cool rooms. Dinner began in the garden with a plentiful and varied buffet, there was practically everything. Maybe it was the location, I don't know but a cool breeze accompanied us throughout the evening. Dinner then continued inside until the wedding cake. Naturally there was music, games and an "open bar" by the pool until late, very late indeed, to the delight of our children, without bothering anyone given the isolated location and open countryside. Early in the morning I opened the window, absolute silence interrupted only by the singing of hundreds of birds. The very beautiful and functional structure is kept in excellent condition...

Siamo stati a pranzo il primo di Maggio e il ristorante era decisamente gremito. Ciononostante abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento cortese ed accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato i piatti cucinati nel modo rustico che cercavamo. Ho approfittato anche per acquistare del vino che ho assaggiato a pranzo
