The welcome we found in this small bistro was incredible. We would have liked to try the entire menu due to the originality of the raw materials and the local flavours. All strictly homemade!

A charming corner in upper Trento
Discovered by chance while walking through the streets of Trento Alta, this bistro is a real gem. Welcoming atmosphere, furnishings with attention to detail and a good smell that envelops you as soon as you enter. The dishes are simple but refined, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and smiling, and immediately makes you feel at home. Perfect for a relaxing break or a romantic dinner overlooking the city rooftops. I'll be back for sure!

We had dinner with my son 2 evenings in Trento Alta during a trip to discover the city of Trento and Monte Bondone. We were pleasantly surprised. The environment is elegant and refined. We liked all the dishes we tried, delicious and refined. The chef carefully prepares dishes using high quality raw materials, their cuisine is a treat! Whether for a dinner with a view of Trento from above (thanks to the wonderful windows) or for a lunch (you can go up from Trento with the Sardagna cable car) or just passing through on the way back from Mount Mondone... It deserves to be discovered!
If you are organizing a weekend it is also worth staying in Trento Alta, a crazy location with dream breakfasts and views.

Siamo stati al bistrot Trento Alta due settimane fa e abbiamo cenato due sere, essendo in viaggio a Trento. Si trova in una posizione spettacolare con una vista incantevole di Trento dall'alto, della quale si può godere durante la cena, essendoci delle vetrate ampie e panoramiche.
L'ambiente è molto accogliente.
La cucina è curatissima, squisita e sfiziosa, a base di ingredienti di alta qualità sapientemente lavorati per presentare dei piatti genuini e deliziosi.
Consiglio anche una tappa a pranzo, salendo con la funivia panoramica di Sardagna da Trento, altrimenti in auto, le strade sono semplici da percorrere. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, esperienza da ripetere! Consigliatissimo! ❤️
