During a long trip, we chose to stop here for a break, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. We stayed overnight and had dinner, and were pleasantly surprised by everything. The cuisine is truly special: dishes prepared with great care, quality ingredients, and flavors that surprise and captivate. The owner welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, making us feel at home. All the staff were also attentive and smiling, creating a warm and family-like atmosphere. An experience that combines hospitality, excellent cuisine, and a genuine welcome. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stopover that will become a pleasant memory of their trip. We can't wait to return!

A guarantee. I've been frequenting this bistro-restaurant for a few years now, and it's always been a positive discovery. The bistro offers cocktails made with refined ingredients, carefully blended in proportion and balance, beautiful to look at and perfect in taste. Relaxing music, as I call it, "from another era," is the perfect background for conversation without getting bored. The view speaks for itself, the backdrop to a magnificent place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. Innovative dishes with refined and authentic ingredients, expertly prepared, make the dishes memorable. You won't find the same menu year-round, which is a positive, especially because every time you dine, you can enjoy a memorable dinner. And without forgetting the kindness, punctuality, courtesy, and sheer positive energy of Silvana and her entire staff, I can only say that it's always a guarantee.

We had lunch here and were truly satisfied! We ordered three tagliata, two scialatielli, and three grilled vegetables: tender and flavorful meat, fresh and well-seasoned pasta, and flavorful and beautifully grilled vegetables. To finish, a delicious dessert. The service was quick and courteous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A truly successful lunch, we'll definitely be back!

The food was excellent, the location magnificent, and the staff extremely friendly. We stayed until closing time and enjoyed every minute. Definitely worth a try, and we'll definitely be back.

Stunning views of Trento from the terrace and inside the bistro! (A 100-meter walk from the owners' wonderful hotel.) Accessible by cable car from Trento, bus, or car (plenty of parking). Delicious food, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff!

We dined at this restaurant last week and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, carefully prepared, with expertly crafted pairings, refined cuisine, and bold flavors. Abbiamo cenato presso questo ristorante la settimana scorsa e sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa. Il cibo ottimo, curato, abbinamenti pensati con maestranza, cucina raffinata e sapore deciso. Il servizio molto buono e la simpatia di Silvana e dello staff sono stati all’altezza dei piatti. Una bellissima scoperta, ci ritorneremo. Davvero consigliato😊

Puedo recomendar este restaurante sin reserva. Ofrece una experiencia gastronómica elaborada por un chef con estrellas Michelin, todo a un precio muy justo. El servicio no es solo amable, sino también atento y personalizado, haciéndote sentir verdaderamente valorado. Y junto con el Hotel Trento Alta, está en una excelente ubicación muy por encima de Trento.

17/09/2025: A lovely place with a splendid veranda and rooms divided by several partitions that make the atmosphere more peaceful. The welcome and the food are good, desserts are delicious.... could be improved. Prices are medium-high. It's a shame about the service, lacking professionalism and very little attention to the customer, a feeling I had some time ago and confirmed again yesterday. The first time, a waiter, also present yesterday, not exactly young, who needed repeating, lazy and indifferent to the customers, yesterday brought us water as if he were a laborer. Also yesterday, a very well-groomed second-class man in a perfect suit and picking his nose, seats us, brings us the menus and shortly after comes to take our orders... my three guests place their orders, it's my turn, I order the paccheri, among the specials of the day, with mushrooms, shrimp and cherry tomatoes. We then order red wine and ask what they have, but the waiter remains silent, doesn't say anything, doesn't list or bring the wine list, we had to ask if what we wanted was available. The orders arrive, and while we're talking, we start having lunch. I take the first bite, start eating, and realize that the dish wasn't what I asked for. They did bring me excellent paccheri, but with wild boar, not mushrooms, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes. Not wanting to cause any controversy and since they were very good, I didn't say anything. But I wonder what professionalism is involved? If I order paccheri, saying, "Let's follow the chef's advice," and you don't say anything, I expect those. Otherwise, you should have asked how I wanted them. They're there... I would have replied, "The chef's suggestion with mushrooms, shrimp, etc." (Perhaps too busy thinking that he was supposed to finish at 2:30). The youngest of the three waiters and the waitress, on the other hand, were excellent.
15/09/2025: Fast service, even with a full restaurant on a Friday night. Very friendly staff and great food. We had pizza (the crust was a bit too thick for us), but both the whole-wheat dough and the lactose-free mozzarella were very good. Next time we'll choose the frittura or paella (looked amazing 😍).

05/10/2025: We only stated for dinner and it was a culinary treat. The menu, based almost only in local fresh ingredients, changes on a monthly base and it is never obvious nor commonplace. Both the entree - honeydew melon, cucumber and cranberry in a sweet sauce of apple and celery - as well as the blueberry risotto and the light fried zucchini with pesto and burrata were inventive dishes, carefully blending different flavors for a great result. We’ll be back for the next menu !
05/09/2025: A magical place surrounded by greenery, impeccable service, a warm welcome, and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended!!
