For them, it was certainly just two guests or a reservation, but for us, it was a true treat, with attentive and precise service. The food tells the story of Trentino cuisine (albeit with a modern twist), while preserving the flavors and respect for the local ingredients. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our special occasion!

Ten minutes from the cathedral towards the ADD river, take the funicular which costs 2.5 euros each way. The restaurant is very refined and the staff is equally so. Recommended.

A truly wonderful experience! The view of Trento is breathtaking, and the welcome was warm and attentive. The tasting was exceptional, with carefully prepared dishes and plating worthy of a true gourmet restaurant. Silvana, the owner, is a very kind person who makes you feel at home right away. Highly recommended.

I took my girlfriend here for dinner to propose. We had a really relaxing time because there was practically no one there (Thursday, September 25th). The service was friendly and polite, the food excellent, and the atmosphere elegant. Furthermore, the restaurant is just steps from both the cable car and a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Trento. It was with this view that I proposed, and the whole evening was perfect! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special place for the same occasion.

We had lunch and dinner at the Bistrot and were completely impressed.
The lake fish cooked by the chef was extraordinary, tender and delicious, as were his gnocchi.
The chef also bakes excellent warm yeast pastries.
A truly wonderful surprise.

I've only ever tried it as a bar, but it's excellent considering the location and the tranquility it creates, as well as the view. The service is always attentive and the prices are very fair, all things considered. If you're from Trentino, the cable car costs the same as a regular urban ticket, so it's top.
