The food was very tasty. The ambiance was very quiet and a bit awkward. On a Sunday night, the space felt very empty. The service was okay but very transactional and indifferent.

The TREE BRASSERIE is currently my clear favorite for a nice dinner in Merano. The service reflects the many years of international experience of the staff. The menu impresses with straightforward, relatively "simple" dishes, which are nevertheless excellently presented and prepared. The quality and value for money are top-notch, especially by international standards. The ambiance and location are appealing and very relaxed. In summary, the TREE BRASSERIE is worth a visit in every respect.

03/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us promptly. Very friendly and fast. The view of the valley is beautiful, as the restaurant is located at the edge of the forest, higher up than everything else. The food was good; we had a venison carpaccio appetizer and grilled vegetables (my partner), followed by a Swiss pine risotto and a potato soup. I'd say it was all very good and the price was average.
