Restaurant found by chance while wandering through the alleys of the medieval district of Viterbo. They let us have lunch despite the late hour (3.30pm) and therefore close to closing. Very kind, smiling and discreet wait staff. The chef, who personally served some dishes to us, responded with availability and courtesy to our questions about raw materials and condiments. The pumpkin gnocchi with wild boar sauce are something divine and the fettuccine (gluten-free by the way!) with wild beef ragù and pecorino cream cannot be described, they were so tasty. The cut then...superb! The raw material is excellent, the cooking is excellent and the flavor is spot on. Finally, which is anything but obvious, we are grateful to all the staff for the kindness shown towards our 3 year old who was pampered with a delicious dessert made just for him. See you soon.
