Everything excellent!! The risotto superlative; I highly recommend

I found myself at lunch twice at Tre Scalini and having frequented the old version of the restaurant in the past, I must admit that the change was undoubtedly a huge improvement. At lunch there are two proposals to choose from, a single course with first course, second course and side dish (for example risotto, cutlet and vegetables) and water, a glass of wine and coffee are included. The quality of the food is undisputed despite the more than affordable fixed price (13 euros if I remember correctly), the chef is really good at delighting and satiating without skimping or overdoing it. The girls in the room are cheerful and kind, it's a pleasure. If you have space and time during your lunch break, the desserts are also excellent, last time I had a dessert made with sheep's ricotta, honey, chopped pistachios and croquette wafers: wow!

I have rarely eaten so well among the thousand restaurants I have visited so far, three-starred included. Research, execution and plating at the highest levels, both for land and fish dishes. It's not just luck or chance, but the commitment and desire to satisfy and amaze the customer are evident. In extreme summary: This is the place whose cuisine and more has a deserved Michelin star, but you hope it doesn't receive it for reasons known only to insiders...💙

Very small restaurant. The renovation is good, modern. It opens only during lunch and dinner hours and closes immediately. The service is excellent. I didn't like some dishes.

I'll start from what would have been the end of my review, regarding the dinner and evening spent in your restaurant, to celebrate my wife's birthday: Thank you for the welcome, professionalism and attention to detail shown towards us! !! The place appears tidy, intimate and envelops you in a serene and pleasant atmosphere! The dining room staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The menu presented is excellent and satisfies the different needs of the customer! We decided to vary the menu to enrich our experience, and in every course we found Perfection!! The quality of the products and the presentation of the dishes make it a strong point of the cuisine. The relationship between quality and price is largely in line with expectations!! Five stars more than deserved!!!!
