Tre Scalini Ristorante Italiano In Novara

I have rarely left a dinner in a restaurant so enthusiastic. Memorable lampredotto and rice with squid ink. As a term of comparison 20 days ago we went to the excellent 2 star Davide Oldani, this evening we ate much better. Balanced dishes but not at all predictable, a mix of innovative and decisive flavors but not excessive. From a lover and practically of home cooking and traditional dishes, raised in a family where we have always eaten well talking about future menus; all my compliments to the chef, tonight I ate much better than at home.

A fantastic restaurant in Novara with outstanding service and exceptional food that truly exceeded our expectations. Every dish was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be coming back!

Nice experience, great food and comfortable environment. Unfortunately I didn't like the service, as soon as we entered the "waitresses" laughed in our faces, annoying us and mocking us with the addition of badmouthing us when they made us sit down, an attitude which although rarely repeated during dinner, I believe that like all the customers present we did not deserve such a lack of respect. However, I want to give 4 stars for the quality and work of the chef.

As always, we repeat ourselves in saying it, but this remains the best restaurant in Novara. The staff is prepared, kind, puts you at ease. The cuisine is nothing short of perfect. The abundant dishes and the very wide choice. Well done!!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my recent visit to the "Tre Scalini" restaurant in Novara. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the elegant and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The furnishings are meticulous in detail and contribute to creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I had the pleasure of tasting several dishes on the menu and was very impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The presentation of the dishes was good and refined. The service was positive. The dining room staff were courteous, professional and attentive to our needs. We felt pampered and at ease throughout the evening. The value for money was excellent. Considering the quality of the food, the impeccable service and the atmosphere of the place, the prices are absolutely adequate. I highly recommend the "Tre Scalini" restaurant to anyone who wishes to spend a special evening full of good food and hospitality.

Excellent cuisine, prompt and attentive service, small but comfortable environment

I'll start with the environment, quiet, nice and discreet, but not luxurious but excellent for a dinner for two. Excellent food, you can see the care taken with home-made products, delicate and never intrusive flavors but harmoniously combined, perhaps a little sparse, perhaps an extra forkful wouldn't have gone amiss, cost.....not for all budgets and not too much often, however, for a special evening like Christmas, it is there.
