The owner is a lawbreaker. He charges customers a fixed cover charge when this is prohibited by Regional Law No. 21 of 2006. I have informed the local police. For a good experience, I recommend sticking to the first courses, which are truly excellent, and the house wine, which is excellent value for money. Avoid the appetizers and main courses, as in my opinion, they are not up to the quality and quantity of the first courses (hence the three stars). The owner is friendly, so I would like to offer two pieces of advice: provide detailed receipts detailing the various costs to avoid misunderstandings, given the monumental number of bad practices, especially near tourist destinations, and leave a courtesy light in the bathroom to prevent the step from causing dangerous tripping. I'm surprised that the restaurant has over 1,500 reviews and an average of 4.8 stars, numbers that are rare, even in major urban centers.

I had dinner with my mother, a true Ciociara daughter, and we enjoyed the thin pasta with meat sauce, which were on par with the ones my grandmother used to make for me.

The food was excellent and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Typical Ciociara trattoria, where we ate a homemade Italian appetizer with bruschetta and spectacular cheese and ham, for first courses we had fini with porcini mushrooms and fini with ragù, delicious homemade pasta, with generous portions and unfortunately we were unable to eat the second courses with side dishes because we were already full, but the comments from the other tables were all positive, what can I say? Scrivo questa recensione da una panchina di fronte al locale, dove mi sto godendo un piacevole panorama ristorante prima di ripartire. Il cibo appena mangiato era ottimo, gustoso, ogni pietanza era saporita ma allo stesso tempo non pesante, si sentiva che era tutto genuino. Il proprietario ci ha fatto sentire a casa con la sua grande cordialità. Prezzi modici e locale accogliente. Quando torneremo in zona passeremo sicuramente da qui.
