TRATTORIA"BARBE In Attimis

I stopped by randomly on Saturday for lunch, passing through work, and took advantage of a quick snack (polenta and cheese and good beer). Given the warm welcome from the two owners, I was pleased to return the next day with the family: their frico was a great discovery! And even the first courses are delicious (orzotto, pasticcio...). Friendly and kind staff, very warm and comfortable place. I recommend it to both companies of young people and families.

We ate a good frico, too bad that the minimum portion is for two people so we had to choose the same dish. After ordering the dishes we found on the menu, we heard that other dishes were being offered at other tables, but the worst thing of the evening was eating in the cold, there wasn't a person who, once they entered, didn't comment on the temperature of the room. Too cold!!!, if you want to go wait for the good weather 🤷

It was the first time I went there in a long time that I promised myself to go since all my friends always talk about it! You can see that this wonderful trattoria also has the reputation of being a decidedly hospitable place with good, simple but very tasty cuisine. And that's exactly what I found! The staff was kind and also very friendly, we had a chat with the lady who brought us the aperitifs before entering. Inside you feel at home, there was a fireplace lit and in the main room there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere... but the highlight was obviously the variety of "frichi" they had, and since it is one of my favorite dishes from our kitchen, I couldn't help but choose one, the one with bacon: delicious 🤤 What more can I say, I spent a pleasant hour with a friend of mine in a beautiful restaurant at the foot of the mountains

I had already been but always a guarantee. Excellent food. Three of us had the pancakes, two first courses (a pasticcio and the pumpkin and gorgonzola orzotto... phenomenal to say the least). A bacon and rosemary frico for two and another spicy frico, again for two. Two portions of chicory...water wine coffee. All €30 each. Really generous portions. The owner is always friendly and ready to joke. Highly recommended

It feels like being at home in the jovial company of people who love what they do, I can't add anything other than saying, chapo to those who take care of the food and those who bring it to the tables, thank you for being so... simple, real and not "pumped" by labels!! This is the soul of the TRUE F.V.G.... no brand but presence in the area, whatever happens, SUPER!

Recommended for people from Trieste who are always looking for a typical restaurant, but call before leaving!

We came here to feast on their excellent frico and as always we were satisfied!

Warm and welcoming place.... good food. A little loud, but that depends on people learning to speak in a moderate tone. Anyway, I recommend it.👍
