Four friends who had been wanting to try these typical Sassari dishes for a long time...!!! We had a wonderful time, tasty and authentic dishes from our grandparents...!!! A delightful lunch, we were satisfied and paid what we deserved. We will definitely be back....

By chance, following the reviews, we ate at Gianluca's in Sassari today... An incredible discovery, combining tradition and expert craftsmanship in an incredible way, steeped in Sassari tradition... I tasted dishes I'd never eaten before, and original and effective creations. Not to be missed if you're passing through.

We went to this place based on the reviews and because it was recommended, but it wasn't a good choice. It's too basic in every way. The place is spartan and, frankly, a bit sad. The dishes are tasteless; good, fresh, but tasteless. No wine list. It feels more like a canteen than a restaurant. In my humble opinion, when you go out to a restaurant, you don't just go for food, but for an experience. It should leave a lasting impression, a flavor that should draw you back to that place with the desire to try it again. None of that. I probably didn't understand it.

22/11/2025: Takeout for my trip to Sassari. The dining room is very cozy. The parmigiana is good. The semi-aged pecorino cheese is excellent.

06/01/2026: I had the best cocktail of my life here. I think it was called ‘After You’ and was recommended by the super friendly and funny host Domenico. Very nice atmosphere and great drinks. We will definitely come back!
