We randomly chose this restaurant online, inspired by the menu for a dinner in a quick bite to eat in Sassari. The choice was never more appropriate Super good dishes, quality products, cooked to perfection The Sassarese style aubergine was delicious The cabbage with fil u ferru (I hope I wrote it well 😄) was equally good, as were the sweet and sour carrots, snails etc etc, all accompanied by a good rosé cannonau Exceptional quality/price ratio In short, what can I say, go and try it I hope to return soon 👏

It was my first time. Gone on purpose. The food very good. I enjoyed some excellent green moonshine, sweet and sour coratella, lamb's feet and the inevitable Sassari style aubergine. For dessert, the Tumbarella di Stintino is also very good. The coffee made with the mocha is particular. The staff was very attentive and scrupulous. Gianluca knows how to recommend the best. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

I ate at Gian Luca a few evenings ago with a friend of mine and we were really satisfied. We ordered two side dishes, a first course, snails and dessert. Everything was crazy, the Sassari style aubergines were excellent and the snails were special. We both brushed everything complete with slipper. The seada was also top notch. After dinner we also exchanged a few words with Gian Luca, a truly genuine and hospitable person. Absolutely try his homemade mirto. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try the typical Sassari cuisine.

We tasted 6 portions, dividing them in two. Tongue, coratelle, auricles, nerves, diaphragm and cordula. A bottle of water, 3/4 of wine €77. Not really a tavern but... Worth a try

Today we had lunch in this restaurant where to say that the food is good is an understatement. Apart from the kindness and professionalism of the waiter and Gianluca, which in themselves make it a welcoming place, the food was truly exquisite: trotters with sauce, snails with sauce, broad beans with ribisi, coratella, sweet and sour nervetti, favata and finally freshly made pancakes. Excellent house wine. I'll be back soon, because it's really difficult to find a place where you eat so well, with excellent home cooking. Thank you!

Trattoria borgo antico di Sassari , da Gian Luca , locale spartano , con un ottimo cibo e un ottimo vino della casa , il personale buono e molto disponibile . Abbiamo pranzato bene , complimenti ci ritorneremo grazie mille

Cena per due persone in questo locale accogliente che trasmette una bella aria familiare, molto gentile e disponibile il personale di sala. Per quanto riguarda il cibo tanta ma tanta qualità, nelle materie prime e nelle preparazioni, abbiamo assaggiato tante cose, dalle monzette (buonissime) alla coratella, lumaconi ecc… complimenti sinceri, tornerò senz’altro a breve

Ristorante Il Cenacolo

30/03/2025: One cuddle after another.. Excellent dishes, fresh raw materials, excellent presentation... you just have to try it.
22/03/2025: Dinner at Il Cenacolo was overall a great experience in terms of quality. The appetizers were varied, well-balanced, and featured excellent seafood. The price for the starters was more than fair, and we truly enjoyed them. However, the issue came with the grilled fish dish. The menu listed it at 20 euros, but it wasn’t clear that the price was per person, so the final cost came to 40 euros. The second issue was the portion size: quite small for the price. While the quality of the fish was good, it didn’t justify such a high cost, especially when compared to other seafood grills we've tried elsewhere. This should have been clearly explained by the waiter, both in terms of portion and pricing. It unfortunately took away from an otherwise excellent meal. That said, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, the location beautifully maintained, and aside from that misunderstanding, we ate very well. I still recommend visiting, especially for seafood lovers, but do ask for full details when ordering to avoid surprises.
