We were looking for a restaurant on the way back from the beach to our accommodation and found one. We didn't have a reservation, but we were still warmly welcomed and, despite the significant language barrier, had an excellent meal! The staff made us feel very comfortable. Everything was very authentic, typically Sardinian. The food was fresh and delicious. Excellent! THANK YOU!

At this little trattoria, my family and I felt pampered and treated wonderfully. We had the pleasure of meeting Gian Luca, and he's truly a fantastic person. His cuisine reflects his personality: traditional Sassari cuisine with a touch of his own creativity. The staff who served us were extremely friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Speaking of the food, I'd like to let you know that they apparently serve off-menu items on Wednesdays, including porceddu (roasted pork). Call to see if they serve these on Wednesdays. The bread served is also made by Gian Luca himself. The food was delicious; I've attached a photo. I recommend everyone to dine at this little masterpiece.

We were in Sassari yesterday for the first time and decided to eat at Gian Luca's to experience Sassari cuisine in a traditional setting. The trattoria is very welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. Gian Luca loves his job, and it shows. Behind every dish is a careful selection of ingredients and excellent preparation technique. Gian Luca also found good options for my daughter, who is small, so the trattoria is also suitable for families with small children. The service was very prompt. I recommend the melanzane alla Sassarese as an appetizer, but above all, I recommend making time to eat at Gian Luca's—it's worth it.

Una vera scoperta.. trattoria vera!! Pochi posti a sedere e si respira l’aria di casa!! Piatti veramente buoni e abbondanti.. vera cucina sassarese a base di lumachine e tanti altre cose buone!! Tornerò sicuramente.. staff molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio di provare questo piccolo angolo di paradiso culinario…

Buonissimo. Visitato per cena in due, abbiamo mangiato ottime pietanze sassaresi, curate e buonissime, menzione particolare per le lumache!. Gianluca e il suo staff ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e simpatia. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altri piatti.
