Discovered this place through the Michelin guide. On our way home, we stopped for lunch (after booking during the week). The place is located in a hilltop village in a quiet, panoramic area. We had a very good lunch; the place is new and well-kept, overlooking the valley. The staff is kind and very attentive, and the dishes are excellent and well-presented. The menu is extensive, with interesting off-menu options. I highly recommend this place for its tranquility and quality.

Family lunch, everything excellent, reasonable price. The only downside is that there aren't many options for those with food intolerances: no first course for those with egg and milk intolerances, but they offered to prepare an off-menu dish cooked in water separately. Then I chose an excellent fillet steak, worth a second! We'll definitely be back.

I returned to Trattoria Zamboni after a long time... the last time I went was when my wife and I were engaged. It was a pleasant surprise to find the same old spirit: we ate very well, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors. The atmosphere is a little dated, it's true, but it remains incredibly comfortable and welcoming, just as an old-fashioned trattoria should be. The waiters were all kind and helpful, as well as very quick in bringing our dishes. The price was reasonable for what we ordered, and the wine selection is truly extensive, perfect for those who like to pair their meal with something special. Ultimately, the classic always wins: a sincere, good trattoria with timeless flavors. Highly recommended!

23/02/2026: It was my first time here. The place is beautiful and well-kept, and the food is equally thoughtful, with attention to seasonal, top-quality ingredients. Everything is delicious! I also recommend the desserts: I personally ordered the "vasetto," which looks just like a plant pot, as it's made of a hazelnut mixture with a chocolate crumble on top. I highly recommend it!

01/03/2026: A lovely trattoria right next to the Piazza della Chessboard. It's very busy on weekends, so reservations are essential. The dishes are simple but well-prepared. The baked rabbit with polenta and the bigoli with farmyard ragù are delicious. Service is quick, but sometimes a bit chaotic and sloppy.
01/03/2026: I'm biased, but it's been a gem since I was a child, one of the few places that has always managed to maintain itself over time, a must-see in the center of Marostica.
