We ended up there by chance and were very lucky. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and pan-fried mushrooms, and finally a portion of cantucci.

I stopped in this restaurant by chance, because I was reaching Trevignano from Bracciano.
I hadn't had time to have lunch and it was 3pm (the place was closing) but the view, the location and the atmosphere of the restaurant made me "nail" the car, park along the side of the road and reach the restaurant.
When I asked if it would be possible to have lunch, they were available to prepare a sandwich with Roman esplanade and mozzarella since the kitchen was closed, accompanied by a glass of house wine.
And as a famous song says: “happiness is a glass of wine with a sandwich”.
Delicious sandwich and wine in their simplicity.
Thanks to the staff and I plan to return for a lunch overlooking the lake.

Beautiful place with a view of Lake Bracciano, kind and helpful staff, genuine food and spectacular cuisine, everything here is good. There is no need to rush, this is the place to regain your time, chat, enjoy a good wine and get lost in the flavors of the past.

If the food was up to the location, we would return often. Unfortunately, however, the quality was really disappointing. Despite the great potential of the place, we were very dissatisfied. A 5 euro side dish was found to be inedible. I'm sorry, but the standard of food is too poor to justify a second visit.

We came here by chance for a walk out of Rome
Wonderful dinner, perfect place, very quiet and very easy going
All fresh food, pasta cooked to perfection and fresh
We tasted the lamb and were very satisfied with the cooking and lightness of the meat
Top desserts...exceptional pistachio tiramisu
Super recommended for a dinner near the gates of Rome
