Francesco has a lot of passion in his work and it shows. Homemade and genuine cuisine with ancient flavours. Slow food presidium. It's impossible to choose what you eat because the chef does everything depending on seasonal products and availability. Nice experience and well done Francesco. Ad maiora

Cucina semplice ma eseguita in maniera impeccabile, con materie prime eccellenti e veramente a chilometro zero. Lo Chef è stato un padrone di casa impeccabile e sensibilissimo alla disabilità. Tutto buonissimo e con un dolce al latte di capra eccezionale. Tutto ad un costo per famiglie.

Typical trattoria researching and using wild products and ancient legumes such as "suraca" and other types of dishes. Bread with stone-ground durum wheat, cow's and sheep's milk cheese, wrapped in ferns and matured underground, freshly made sheep's ricotta, zeppole, olives in brine with wild fennel and finally burnt cream, set on fire when served made with goat's milk and eggs. Spectacular!!! Without a shadow of a doubt!!!

Zero km food, that's what the owner told me and I have no reason not to believe him. Genuine flavours, well cooked. The only note is that finding part of the starter already on the table is not a good idea, like bringing the soda to the table without being asked for and opening it. For me it's a waste since the wine it was good and we didn't even touch the soda. Perhaps the price should be diversified between the full menu and those of us who didn't have a main course or dessert.

Zero km food! Set menu. from the appetizer to the dessert made with local products. Depending on the day they may vary. everything delicious! I particularly appreciated the pit-matured cheese with citrus jam, the capicollo, the zeppola with nduia, the freshly made ricotta, the wild boar stew and the goat's milk cream.

25/11/2024: Super late Sunday lunch, but memorable. There were 3 of us and we opted for starters and dessert, really plentiful and delicious! We thank Mr. Giorgio so much for serving us with patience and care, especially for the gluten-free dishes. Excellent value for money. Also worth mentioning is the panoramic view, enchanting!
25/11/2024: I went to this farmhouse with some friends to spend a Sunday lunch. Given that I had never been there and that despite everything I plan to return. I had high expectations considering all the positive reviews read here on Google and the invitation to go there from several friends who had already been there... but I didn't return home totally and fully satisfied. The location is beautiful; attention to detail, clean and with a breathtaking view. The fixed menu at €35 per person includes starter, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, bitters and drinks are included. The portions are very generous, even more than you would expect. The starters were SUBLIME: from cold to hot every dish worthy of praise and a feast for the palate. The first courses, consisting of two choices (macaroni with meat sauce and macaroni with mushrooms) disappointed me as they were cold and had nothing special with the flavour. The second, or rather a grilled meat, nothing to say but I was expecting something different. The dessert was really good and consisted of a very simple tiramisu. The service is excellent, friendly and approachable. Has the weight of expectations played a trick on me? Or was it the talk of a day that didn't go well in the kitchen that made me think this? I will 100% return with the hope of changing my mind.
