More than a year has passed, but this experience has remained in our hearts.
We ate wonderfully: authentic, sincere cuisine, made with love and respect for tradition. Every dish was a welcome embrace, flavors that make you feel at home even if you're far away.
Knowing that Mattia's family lives nearby, having known them forever, made everything even more special. We weren't just customers: we felt welcomed, like friends.
An authentic place, one of those you never forget. Returning isn't just a possibility, it's a promise.

A great place, where you can feel the almost genuine food. One initial flaw was that they left us alone for 15 minutes; at least ask for some water. The cured meats were excellent, except for the salami, which they could still find at the farmers'; I would have done that. As for the tortelli I ate, if they're handmade, the filling is usually more generous... Still, excellent.

Excellent trattoria. The cappelletti with truffles, cured meats, and guinea fowl are amazing. They have a good selection of wines, and their cellar is well-known. Reservations are welcome on weekends, especially in the summer, for outdoor dining.

Nothing to say, you eat like a god, you spend the right amount, then they make zuppa inglese like grandma, perfect, I travel a few miles but I'm always very happy if there were more places like this

It's Sunday and we've made a reservation at this trattoria in the Piacenza hills; the decision is made and we're off.
The surrounding atmosphere is sweet and serene, the interior is modern and welcoming. Filippo is a meticulous and knowledgeable host, and above all, he pampers his guests with kindness and discretion.
The restaurant is fully booked, synonymous with authentic and excellent dining.
We order three platters with incredible products: coppa and pancetta Piacentina, a super premium prosciutto crudo, shoulder ham, and delicious salami.
To accompany them, we have giardiniera, Russian salad, and Borrettane onions all'agro, all strictly homemade.
A pumpkin and truffle flan with an enchanting aroma and flavor.
Then four first courses: two tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and two crespelle also with porcini mushrooms, all strictly homemade.
Then tiramisu, a nougat parfait, and a mint and chocolate parfait.
A Bonarda from the local winery La Margherita was like a medicine.
Super-fair prices and knowledgeable staff.
Heartfelt congratulations. Dearest Filippo, continue with this commitment and determination. The greatest recognition comes from the gourmets who honor your table.
