Dopo la visita al castello di Vigoleno il pranzo alla trattoria Trinità é stata una straordinaria conclusione di mattinata. Luogo attraente e tipico, personale molto accogliente e dedicato, cibo gustosissimo, raffinato, con prodotti locali di ottima qualità e di preparazione accurata: sublime. Uno dei migliori pranzi che abbia mai assaporato. Spero di ritornarvi al più presto e per numerose volte.

● Menù: tipico piacentino, ma anche presenza di aggiunte ricercate e atipiche; ampia varietà e fuori menù di stagione. ● Qualità/Prezzo: ottima, fra le migliori della provincia; qualità elevata e prodotti freschi. ● Cibo: piatti deliziosi, antipasti ottimi, con varietà di salumi, torta fritta buona, primi provati impeccabili (consigliati gli gnocchi di zucca con tartufo!) così come i secondi. Dolci super (assaggi di crostate consigliatissimi)! ● Porzioni: normali e ineccepibili. ● Servizio: ottimo, trattati con riguardo e attenzioni, tempi di attesa nella norma, nessun difetto. ● Ambiente: bel locale, moderno e accogliente, spazi giusti tra i tavoli. Piatti ordinati: - antipasti: spalla cotta, salumi misti, tortino di zucca - primi: gnocchi di zucca con tartufo e pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale - secondi: faraona ripiena e punta di vitello arrosto con patate - dolci: assaggi di crostate, tiramisù e semifreddo al torroncino con cioccolato. Everything perfect! After a wonderful tour between Castell' Arquato and Vigoleno and the castles of the same name, the Trattoria di Trinità is located on the slopes of the first rolling hills of Piacenza. It offers local, "local" cuisine. Renovated to the best of its furnishings during the Covid period, it boasts family management with excellent Emilian hospitality. Filippo in the dining room and in the kitchen, his brother Cristian and his mother Ornella are the creators of this wonderful gastronomic reality that boasts over 50 years of activity. It is an obligatory destination for those who love good food and high quality typical products. A sublime bacon, an extraordinary parma ham and an equally delicate culatello and a pata negra lard that delights the palate are part of the excellently made cured meats offered on the menu. Accompanied by fried cake (the Piacenza name for fried gnocco), giardiniera and Russian salad. Among the first courses, strictly homemade pasta, an excellent choice between tortelli d'erba, pisarei and fasó, pumpkin gnocchi with black truffle just to name a few. Applause for the shoulder agnolotti cooked with asparagus and culaccia. Yummy! In the second courses the workhorse is fried chicken with potatoes. Not least the Black Angus cut. Also on the menu are stuffed guinea fowl and braised veal cheek with fried polenta. Grilled tomahawk for the more carnivorous. Spoon desserts accompanied by the excellent Malvasia passito "le viole d Anna" from the Margherita winery. Cellar always present in the wine list, large and well stocked, as it is owned by the family. Fermented Gutturnio and Malvasia, as well as all the wines of the Margherita winery, are a recommended purchase after the sumptuous lunch.
