Excellent and well-prepared food, very kind staff, every time I go to Rapolano I have to stop!!

We stayed in Rapolano on Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, treating ourselves to a spa experience. We then discovered, surprisingly, that the real gift was booking two consecutive evenings at this Trattoria! We were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink (a rare, precious gesture) and then immediately experienced the spontaneous kindness of the dining room staff, their smiles, their attentive service, and the delicious dishes that tasted of things made with love and pleasure. We thank the owner and chef for this wellness experience on such special days of the year. After meeting her, we learned that you can be anywhere and receive any service, but the unforgettable ingredient, which changes and transforms everything, remains the human heart.
