A lovely discovery in Spilimbergo. I wasn't familiar with it, nor had it been recommended. We struggled to find two seats on a very crowded Saturday night, but we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the food and service. We'll definitely be back.

Passing through the area, we chose this trattoria almost by chance and with some hesitation, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The cuisine is truly excellent, and the dishes surprised us with their deliciousness. The atmosphere combines rusticity with elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere that puts you at ease, thanks in part to the friendly and unobtrusive staff. Our only disappointment: the menu didn't include drinks or wines, which makes it awkward to order (I don't like asking for prices or the wine list and then maybe not ordering anything). So, blind, we opted for the red wine by the glass indicated by the maître d' (with the sadness of half-empty glasses being brought to us and not knowing how much you'll pay). In the end, the wine was also good and reasonably priced (had I known, I would have ordered more). The final price was average for this level of cuisine, so we were very pleased. The trattoria is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from nearby parking, and we didn't need to book.

We had the lunch special plus a few extras very reasonable, large portions excellent food and great service. And the beautiful elegant place. If you're in the area. I would highly recommend you enjoy lunch or dinner here.
