Excellence in Italian cuisine! It's been a few months since I've felt so satisfied eating at a restaurant, and Trattoria Tre Corone made sure to satisfy me! The dishes are a perfect blend of flavor, simplicity, and, paradoxically, a perfect attention to the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended!

Dinner with friends in a truly welcoming yet elegant setting. The food is excellent quality, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the portions generous. And last but not least, the staff is friendly and professional. A well-deserved 5 stars.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance for dinner. We were inspired by the entrance and asked for a table for four without a reservation, which they promptly accommodated with kindness and hospitality. We let Robin's expert advice guide us, starting with the aperitif, moving on to the appetizer, the wine, and finally the amaro. A dinner with traditional and non-traditional dishes, all of the highest quality. The tagliolini with San Daniele ham were truly excellent, as was the excellent tagliata steak and the delicious cod Vicenza-style. As Piedmontese tourists, this place is absolutely top-notch. We will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Spilimbergo.

Wow! CJARSONS is fabulous! The food and wine were excellent... finally I tasted some excellent quality greens again. But what really makes it special is the staff! They also welcomed me and my dog, on a packed night with great live music. The price was great, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Searching for a good restaurant in Spilimbergo for the first time, chance brought us to this pleasant establishment located in the historic center. Greeted by Robin's warmth, we let her recommendations guide us, resulting in a delightful, flavorful experience. Delicious dishes expertly paired with high-quality wines. Reservations are recommended, although the kitchen is open all day, making it a safe bet even for those passing through. It will be a regular stop whenever we pass through. Probably very soon!

Our pasta was delicious :) However, the puree served with the ossobuco was watery and tasteless. The meat was ok. My friend ordered a beer, we sent it back once because it was not carbonated (apparently), and then they brought another one. The cheesecake was not worth mentioning. It was definitely not homemade or not made that day. The service was nice, but we got a server who didn't speak a word of English :/

I've had lunch at this lovely restaurant several times (and will continue to do so many more times). The atmosphere is cozy, the service is friendly and efficient, and all the dishes are fantastic. Cjarsons and tagliolini alla San Danielle are delicious appetizers, as is the risotto ai Sklôpit served in the spring. The Prosciutto crudo di San Daniele is excellent. On Saturday, market day, they also serve a delicious Fritto di Pesce. In short, highly recommended!
