Trattoria Tharros In Genova

La prima volta che ho mangiato da Tharros, me la ricordo: era l'anno 1986, avevano aperto da poco (se non mi sbaglio era proprio Pasqua) ed io avevo circa 10 anni. Non ricordo esattamente cosa ordinai, tranne il primo piatto. Ricordo la mia curiosità a leggere nel menù quei termini allora cosi strani, tipo "malloreddus"! Li ordinai. E ricordo mia madre, cosi restia alle novità, subito a chiedere se era possibile avere del pesto. :-D :-D. Non ricordo se a quei tempi fosse solo cucina Sarda, o se come oggi, un pò Liguria e un pò Sardegna. Da allora è passata una eternità, ma ogni tanto ci continuo ad andare (anche se oramai non abito più in Liguria da quasi 30 anni). Ed infatti, anche quest'anno, nuovamente a Pasqua, seppur solo con mio papà: ci sono tornata. Come sempre abbiamo mangiato benissimo: diversi antipasti, 2 primi, un secondo (tutto a base di pesce) e per concludere una pastiere napoletana spettacolare. Assolutamente consigliato!

Da Enrico si mangia veramente bene Locale carino e molto pulito Servizio attento e cordiale Cibo veramente di eccellente qualità,cucinato con maestria dallo chef Enrico Menzione particolare per i ravioli di orata con bisque di gambero viola,polpo arrosto con patate e i dolci. Conto molto onesto se rapportato al servizio e alla materia prima utilizzata Locale stra consigliato e da riprovare più volte

Very nice and welcoming place. Enrico, the owner, very helpful and attentive. We ate well and for starters not the usual cured meats, special and tasty dishes. After dinner we were full but not at all weighed down

I discovered this small restaurant by chance in the summer of 2024, I ordered a dish consisting of grilled octopus and side pies. What can I say, after so many restaurants where I tried octopus, this was the best ever, taste, softness, exceptional taste, tried the same restaurant again after 6 months, my favorite dish remained unchanged in all its aspects as the first time, very nice owners, welcoming atmosphere, the best not to be missed Underestimate the selection of cheese and the breaded cod, excellent starters, highly recommended ❤️

Trattoria with good options for both fish and meat. Mediterranean flavors in a small but well organized environment. Try the grilled octopus and the trenette with pesto. Excellent service. Recommendation.

All the food is excellent, first of all you have to go there and then judge... and inevitably you will come back..
