A remarkable restaurant for our last evening in Olbia. We were very well received, with a warm welcome and impeccable service. Although we hadn't booked, it was better, and we know why now. The food is simply magnificent and delicious. Quality dishes, and the atmosphere is perfect for a great time. I highly recommend it.

Delicious fried food and appetizers

We ate very well. When you want to eat fish and shellfish, you know it's more expensive. The staff is very friendly (like all Sardinians). I saw a young lady show off the cooked fish and then, in the dining room, dress the plates. That's the job, and it comes at a price. If you look at the menus, the prices are listed. Don't say it's expensive afterward. Go buy some fish yourself and you'll know what it costs. Thank you for this excellent meal. We'll be back 👍👍

After landing in Olbia, we quickly looked for a place to eat and managed to get something to eat here just before our break. Since 2:00 PM is a bit late for lunch for us, we only wanted to order one dish per person. We had reserved a table for dinner where we wanted to eat a decent amount of meat. We opted for pasta vongole and pasta with crab. The portions were great and the taste was also very good. Regarding the prices, I have to say that they are quite high for a trattoria in Italy. I think it's because of Sardinia that everything there is incredibly expensive compared to other cities like Milan, Turin, Venice, etc. But after a week in Sardinia, I can say that the pasta at Sperittu tasted the best. So, it's worse when you pay €22 and it's inedible. At least we had a delicious meal here. And of course, we were lucky to get a table. Great parking. The location is right on the street, the ambiance is very simple, and the service is a bit cold.

Indoor AC and Outdoor seating suits all needs. It is a very nice place recently renovated with friendly yet professional staff and see-thru kitchen. Clean inside and outside, bathrooms are squeaky clean! Will definitely visit Chef Paolo again!
