Trattoria Settimio In Roma

29/06/2025: Authentic experience. We had the pleasure of having lunch at 06 Osteria and we left enthusiastic. The service was excellent, with a waiter who was able to convey all his passion for this job: attentive, friendly and always ready to explain each dish with enthusiasm. We chose to taste various first courses, and it was a real explosion of Roman flavors: 🍝 Bucatini all'amatriciana, 🍝 Tonnarelli cacio e pepe, 🍝 Rigatoni alla gricia, 🍝 and delicious tagliolini with artichokes. All prepared with fresh ingredients and with a truly expert hand in the kitchen. As an appetizer, we also tried a Roman-style artichoke: very tender and tasty, among the best we have ever tried! For those who love fish, there is also the possibility of tasting dishes based on fresh fish, including very fresh lobsters well displayed. Welcoming place, authentic atmosphere and cuisine that honors Roman tradition. Absolutely recommended, and definitely worth returning to!
