Trattoria Sciamadda In Genova

It's a shame that it's often closed without warning or notices on the shutters.

Excellent sciamadda! Traditional vegetable pies, farinata, frisceu, sweet milk, fried cod... Top, well-priced, excellent quality, and very kind owners.

I tried the latte fritto here and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life. Crispy on the outside, soft and delicate on the inside, absolutely unforgettable. If you’re in Genova, you must try this place. The flavors, the texture, everything was perfect… Highly recommended
