We were at Piòla d’l Punt Masin, and we can only tell you one thing: make a reservation. Because Emiliano's merenda sinoira isn't just food—it's a journey through time. A true osteria, full of objects that tell stories, homey aromas, and authentic flavors. It's part village osteria, part historic bar-trattoria, part museum of real life. We ate wonderfully: cheeses, cured meats, homemade delicacies, and locally sourced products. Everything was authentic, prepared with love, in an atmosphere that seems to have been lifted from another era. This place doesn't want to live in 2025. It's stuck between the '70s and '90s—and thankfully so. A space-time capsule where time stands still and conversation flows. Meanwhile, local faces pass by, with stories, connections, and authentic ways of doing things. But beware: Emiliano cooks his way, without menus or frills—just like in the old days.
