If they'd let themselves be influenced by trends, they'd have a menu like so many others. They wouldn't pay attention to the raw materials, the tenderness of the meat, or the perfect cooking of a tagliata, rather than a veal shoulder. Of course, they also make tagliatelle with ragù, amazingly, because they're professionals. There's a 27-year-old who talks about wine as if he were 57, with the naturalness of someone who knows, because he's studied. Unfortunately, many still believe that you can improvise because it's trendy. Addition is far below quality. Moreover, I forgot to mention that you can drink very interesting things, in an extremely pleasant location.

Yesterday, I was lucky enough to be invited to this friendly trattoria. I had a wonderful time; the various pasta dishes I was offered were delicious, the wine was perfect, and to top it off, the mascarpone/nougatine cream was divine, the best dessert I've ever had in Italy. Congratulations to the whole team 👍

This typical Romagna restaurant is dog-friendly. The warm and welcoming Sunday atmosphere immediately sets in, complemented by cuisine that showcases tradition to the fullest. We tried the baked lasagna, tripe, and tagliatelle with ragù: all excellent dishes, rich in flavor and expertly prepared. The mascarpone with crunchy cheese and zuppa inglese paired with a local passito were the perfect ending to the meal. Special praise goes to the TripleA wine selection and the sommelier who curated it. There aren't a ton of choices, but the selection is well-researched. The sommelier was excellent, guiding us with passion and professionalism in pairings. A highly recommended destination for those who love authentic Romagna cuisine and want a top-notch gastronomic experience at a great price. We'll definitely be back! 🍷🍝

We went there on the recommendation of a friend, and were absolutely amazed. Everything was delicious, the waiter was friendly and approachable, and the bill was probably even reasonable. We had a plate of tagliatelle with ragù, which was delicious, some ribs al boq, which I thought were AMAZING, and some desserts that were also delicious, all served by this very friendly waiter. It's a shame we had a five-hour drive between us, but definitely recommended!
