Authentic and welcoming Roman trattoria! Traditional dishes cooked to perfection, generous portions and honest prices. The staff is courteous and friendly, the place is clean and well-kept. Absolutely recommended!

Nice atmosphere, simple but super tasty dishes. You can decide to eat with different menus, choosing appetizer and first course, appetizer and second course, or appetizer first and second course, or just appetizer. Those who choose the appetizer will not leave hungry. Lots of very tasty stuff, tripe, beans with pork rinds..... But the first courses are the protagonists. I personally, choosing the gricia.... Super. Reasonable prices, definitely recommended.

Great lunch! Excellent fried appetizer, and the artichoke alla giudia spectacular... gricia and mezzelune alla porchetta top! Needless to say, we will be back Absolutely try the house tiramisu with ladyfingers made by them… Owner True soul of the restaurant 🔝

Very kind staff, starting from the owner... Very attentive to the dishes for celiacs and gluten intolerant people... Everything was delicious, from the starters to the dessert... Highly recommended🤩🤩🤩

Last night I discovered this brightly colored restaurant, both in the walls and in the food. The ricotta ravioli with cardoncelli were truly sublime. I also really liked the sautéed chicory. Supplì a little dry and chicory too thick (even if seasoned very well). Top staff! Note of merit: they welcomed us with a smile and excellent service even though we had almost reached the kitchen's closing point. I will be back on my next business trip to try more delicacies. See you soon!

Oggi siamo stati qui per la prima volta, eravamo molto curiosi di provare e siamo stati davvero bene. Gianluca e il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi e molto accoglienti, abbiamo lasciato che ci consigliassero e ci siamo goduti una cena buonissima, con particolare plauso alla porchetta! Torneremo con piacere

30/03/2025: After a few weeks we had lunch in this place, what can I say? Everything was very good but the service left a little to be desired, perhaps because in previous times the girl who served us showed such professionalism and such sappy courtesy that this time was lacking, never mind!
30/03/2025: Gintilla is a very beautiful place, the atmosphere is incredible and the food was excellent. If you're vegan and want a taste of traditional Sardinian food this is the place to go, I highly recommend the culurgiones, the seadas & the Mirto liquor! The staff was nice and friendly, we had an amazing time there! Would definitely come back next time I'm around !

18/03/2025: 100 day lunch with the fifth graders (second grade secondary school). The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with parking, a wonderful terrace where we sipped an aperitif and enjoyed a platter of cured meats. Inside the spaces are large, the toilets very clean. Everything was organized down to the smallest detail. An elegant and refined table for all of us teachers together with the students, impeccable service, very kind staff, excellent food. I chose the fish menu: all fresh and varied, which ranged from octopus and potato salad, to mussel soup, buffalo fish with bottarga, fried prawns with kataifi pasta, fregola with seafood, grilled cuttlefish and prawns. Medium/high price. But it's absolutely worth it! I will definitely go back. I recommend it.
