We visited the restaurant 3 times and each time we had great food with friendly service at a very reasonable price in an outside courtyard. The restaurant has a wood fired barbeque which provides loads of flavour to the food. The highlights were chicken breast which was delicious and shoulder of beef which was served from a covered trolly directly at the table and was cooked beautifully and tasted devine. The restaurant is family run and we were served at various times by 3 different generations. Overall, highly recommended.

The food was really nice, the waiter very polite yet the bill was not right and I am still not 100% sure we paid correctly.. that give this bad impression of (most probably unintentionally) being cheated.

Had dinner under the pergola. No mosquitoes. Courteous staff. Quick service. The price of the asparagus pie is excessive. 50 euros only for 2 seconds 1 starter 1 side dish. No wine

Excellent quality meat restaurant! Among the cold cuts, porchetta is embellished with fresh and pleasant flavors (fennel seeds). Very tasty and healthy rib. Original dumplings. Rich side dishes such as peppers stuffed with minced meat. House wine (pinot noir) on par with the excellent food. Friendly and efficient staff. Traditional and well-kept environment of the Venetian countryside.

Il gestore ci acoglie con uno sbuffo. Dopo anni di questo lavoro si può anche smettere se lo si fa contro voglia. Il figlio che ci serveal tavolo è genitile ed educato. Il cibo non è male, ma niente di più. Il sugo di lepre delle tagliatelle deve essre controllato affinchè non ci siano frammenti di ossi (o megli gli ossi della lepre non evono essre rotti; la lepre va disossata). Il dolce buono ma attenzione quando lo si ricalda col microonde. Non mi sono accorto nele suppellettili del richiamo al periodo fascita altrimentio avrei evitato.

Antica Trattoria alla Fossetta

03/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale casualmente, stavamo tornando dall'austra e abbiamo trovato casualmente cercando una alternativa senza glutine per mia figlia celiaca. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, cortesia e piatti stupendi, degno di nota il fegato alla veneziana buonissimo. Se ripasserò da quelle parti sicuramente ci ritornerò. Spesa contenuta.
31/08/2024: Very rustic but comfortable place. Good quality food, excellent service (a little slow on the meat but it's understandable). Medium-high price.

27/08/2024: Well-kept and quiet environment despite all the tables being occupied. Very kind and professional staff. Superlative food, made of excellent raw materials cooked with expert skill, plentiful and with attention to every detail. Excellent quality/price ratio
24/08/2024: Discovered by chance on our way back from Jesolo, we are now "fond" of it and go there all the time. Excellent meat choices, good wine, impeccable service!
