You say Renzi ... in reality it is pronounced "tagliatelle". Because in Romagna tagliatelle are, indeed, must be like this ... and for those who complain that they are greasy ... I repeat, they must be like this, the same as those my grandmother used to make. Highly recommended!

Trattoria with a traditional Romagna style. We came specifically for the tagliatelle. Truly excellent. What makes them special is not the tagliatelle themselves, which are standard, but the sauce, tasty and greasy as tradition dictates. The place is very crowded, but the service is fast and efficient. If you want to eat something else outside the menu, you need to book.

Le migliori tagliatelle al ragù della mia vita, nonostante fossi pieno dal pranzo ne ho mangiate fino a stare male perche erano irresistibili. Ma lo era tutto in realtà, pure l’insalata!!
