Honestly, I expected more from what I'd heard about this place. I had a mixed seafood appetizer and a side of fried artichokes, which, despite being nice and dry as if fried, were very hard to digest. The dessert was a total disappointment: 2 appetizers, 2 desserts, half a bottle of white wine and 1 bottle of water, 104 euros... I agree that it's definitely superior in quality to many others, but the price is definitely not in line with the price.

This restaurant, located on the hills above Genoa, offers a high-quality menu. It's a small but well-maintained restaurant with outdoor parking just steps away.

A table of 12 people, including three well-behaved but lively children! Impeccable service, patient, polite, and friendly waitresses, but never intrusive. The dishes lived up to expectations; you could choose from an excellent selection of seafood and a handful of select truffle or mushroom dishes. The mixed seafood platter was truly delicious, pleasing to the eye and the palate... truly a great satisfaction. The seafood ravioli were excellent, and the Ligurian-style fish was special! The only drawback was the wine cellar, in my opinion, could definitely be improved (too many reds and not enough whites), and the dessert, a Mont Blanc, which I left virtually untouched; it had too much cream and was too heavy, in my opinion. The waitress's intervention when she asked me about it was commendable and professional. The price, perhaps, is a bit high. The quality is far above the Genoese average, but the price, in my opinion, is a bit overpriced. However, if you want to make a good impression, Rensin is definitely a safe bet!

As always, the food was divine and the portions were nice... With staff who made you feel at ease.
