28/11/2024: This is a review that I have great pleasure in doing. I had never been here before, initially it was just the restaurant associated with the hotel where I was staying as I was in Conegliano for work, but it turned into an experience that I would certainly be very pleased to repeat, hopefully soon. Starting from the place, which is aesthetically very pleasant and welcoming, right from the entrance I found the staff very courteous and smiling, which never hurts. I relied on the suggestions by taking one of their Neapolitan dough pizzas, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat it all, but it turned out to be really too good to leave even just a bite. The gem, however, came after dinner, at the time of the bitters, when the first boy, not knowing the product I requested, passed the ball to a truly highly trained colleague with whom we began a very interesting discussion on spirits and tasting. . Unfortunately I didn't think to ask my interlocutor's name, but I hope he can read this review and recognize himself. My thanks must go to him, but also to all the staff, for the excellent evening they gave me, making me forget for a little bit that I was far from home.
