Trattoria Pizzeria O' Presidente In Gragnano

Ammetto di non conoscere il panuozzo, ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio definito in consistenze e distinzione dei sapori dei singoli ingredienti della farcia. In ogni caso, non male.

..if you love good simple cuisine with a pinch of traditionality...to choose between a land and sea menu and you want to enjoy a good panuozzo and an excellent pizza...then you are in the right place...excellent service, small but very welcoming place...top cleanliness...parking a little small but all in all it's ok...today I had lunch with a homemade starter (ham, bacon, morsel, courgettes and grilled aubergines bruscwttina with tomatoes, olives..first course fusilloni di Gragnano with wild boar ragù and I also tasted the ziti alla Genovese that my wife had, with wild boar meat..two first courses done well but not exceptional...the pasta cooked quite well...the two sauces with wild boar in common..acceptable...dishes prepared with simplicity but with an inviting appearance..and sparkling water, not mineral but purified..how much does it cost menu chosen by me??..25 euros per person (starter and first course) drinks and wine not included...well..in my opinion a little high..it should be tweaked..otherwise everything is ok!!!

La frittura mista iniziale ha deluso… ma poi colpisce la croccantezza esterna del protagonista indiscusso: ‘o panuozzo, che racchiude un interno soffice e fragrante. Il sapore richiama quello della pizza, ma con una consistenza più rustica e avvolgente, pochi cibi riescono a unire così bene tradizione, semplicità e sapore autentico. Crunch! Il suono della felicità ha il sapore del panuozzo di Gragnano😋

The place was recommended to me by the landlord who rented the apartment. Good pizza, although these are definitely Italian, local flavors that foreigners may not like. A big plus for the very friendly service, delicious - hand-made by the owner of Limoncello

Homemade and very welcoming environment, excellent panuozzo and exceptional crocchè, kind, discreet and above all patient service, we were a large table, each with our own particular requests and they were all promptly welcomed and fulfilled. Let me start by saying that I have already been there once and I find that it has greatly improved in quality and professionalism. Well done

Excellent panuozzi, very good local wine, shame about the slightly long wait to be served. The prices are more than honest. I liked it a lot.
