21/09/2025: Leaving Colombo Park, our stroll was enriched by a wonderful discovery: 'The Art of Taste'. The name is a promise kept: in every dish, you can sense the care and love for the product. We chose the culurgiones and the ricotta and lemon ravioli. It was a pleasure to watch the lady preparing them right in front of us! The pasta was perfect, and the fillings, generous and well-balanced, made everything even more special. After the first course, we couldn't resist their pastries. We sampled fabulous amaretti and formaggelle, but the real highlight was the seadas, freshly prepared and cooked to order. It was simply superb! The portions are very generous, the prices fair, and the kindness of the owner added an extra touch that never hurts. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options. If you want to savor authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place to be.
