Worth the trip for fans of carne salada!!

A true trattoria like it used to be! Few dishes, but well-made. We ordered pickled vegetables, raw and cooked carne salada, beans and chips!!! Everything was excellent. Affordable prices and generous portions. The woman who served us was super kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be back! Convenient parking.

Highly recommended, absolutely worth trying

Not the restaurant I'm used to: the selection here is truly minimal! The quality is high. If you love bread gnocchi (in all its variations) and salted meat (a local specialty, served cooked or raw), this is definitely the place for you. If you don't like these dishes, I strongly advise against it. I must say that although I don't like them at all, I enjoyed both the canderli and strozzapreti (made fresh by expert hands). There's a separate, well-cured children's menu.

This charming trattoria was recommended to us by Annalisa, where we stayed. We were looking for a place that exuded tradition, without frills or touristy compromises. As soon as we entered, we were incredibly surprised by the art that permeates this place, both in the decor and in the owners' eyes. Since it was New Year's Eve, we ate the set menu. The dishes were exquisite, from appetizer to dessert, all traditional. The staff was extremely kind (although some customers that evening, in my opinion, didn't deserve any kindness; in fact, I'd like to take this opportunity to say that the staff and owners were truly GENTLEMEN). We were even given decorations, hats, and trumpets to celebrate at midnight. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and welcoming, with a clientele of young and old, both friends and families, and they even welcomed our big dog. An experience not to be missed if you love conviviality, art, good traditional food, and good wine. We will definitely be back when we return to Trento!
