In occasione di un compleanno siamo andati a preovare questa osteria in zona lago di Tenno.
Il locale è sempre pieno quindi è d’obbligo la prenotazione.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Probabilmente ho assaggiato la più buona carne salada di sempre.
Sono molto attenti sul senza glutine, abbiamo potuto addirittura mangiare le patatine fritte.
Anche il prezzo congruo alla qualità e soprattutto alla quantità. A fine pasto eravamo tutti più che sazi. Unica nota negativa: non c’era nessun dolce senza glutine.
Torneremo sicuramente.

I just counted - coming here since 1979, nearly every year where ever on Earth I was living then (Brasil, US, South Africa, Sweden and other places). The quality is on top level since nearly 50 years, even the owner (at cashier now) and some of the service and kitchen stuff go back a long time. As long as I can walk and travel, I will come here and enjoy genuine regional food

We were there recently for a dinner with friends. Let's say we had high expectations for how they described it to us, but it didn't particularly catch our attention. The restaurant is very particular, all in wood and with some equally particular decorations (for example, a hanging deer head). The service was fast. We had an appetizer and carne salada. The cold cuts appetizer was rich, varied and abundant, nothing to say about this. The slightly painful note was the carne salada. We had high expectations, the cooked meat was too chunky for our tastes, despite being well spiced. The raw meat is not very tasty and inviting.

I've been going to the trattoria Pedicastello da Giorgio for years to eat an excellent appetizer, raw and cooked with giardiniera and beans and then if there's space I'll also eat a meringue pie. Fast and friendly, excellent value for money, I highly recommend it.

Che dire? Se vi aspettate di pranzare in un locale gourmet o con un menù vario avete sbagliato posto.
Questo ambiente sembra essersi fermato agli anni 70 dello scorso secolo sia come struttura sia come proposta di menu’.
Va da sé che almeno una volta nella vita merita di andarci magari in compagnia di amici più che della fidanzata per respirare l’atmosfera vintage e per l’ottima e abbondante carne salada.
Non so in tutta onestà però se ci ritornerei proprio perché la proposta culinaria è questa e da quanto ho capito rimarrà sempre la stessa nei secoli dei secoli ,,,amen.
