SUMPTUOUS GENOVESE, it took me back to my adolescence when I prepared it under the guidance of my mother, SIMPLE BUT EXQUISITE cod appetizer, welcoming place and VERY FAST SERVICE, at the moment I can only complain about the desserts not up to the standard of the place...I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN....

If you are looking for an authentic experience of Neapolitan cuisine, this restaurant is a must. The restaurant has a characteristic and welcoming atmosphere, with a small but well-studied menu, which includes the best of the Neapolitan tradition. The welcome was kind and, despite the wait, the staff was true to their word with the times, managing everything with professionalism. The service is quick and impeccable, without being rushed. The Pepè appetizer: a real surprise; served on a special raised shelf, offering Neapolitan fried cod with lemon mayonnaise, beans, a slice of bread with soffritto, pasta timbale with sausage and broccoli, meatballs and other specialties, every taste was truly quality. For the first courses we chose two iconic dishes: ziti alla genovese and scarpariello, served in small steel pans that recall the home tradition. Generous portions and well seasoned! All at more than fair prices (the zito scarpariello, for example, at only €10!). To end on a high note, we asked for a chiacchiere and we received a tray of crunchy chiacchiere, a huge slice of migliaccio and a glass of chocolate to dip it all in. The coffee was also excellent, as was the house wine, slightly fizzy and perfect to accompany the dishes. A lunch that left us enthusiastic like it hadn't happened in a long time, for just under €25 per person! All in Caserta, a stone's throw from the vintage fair, making it the perfect choice for a day of good food and tradition. Highly recommended!

We tried their cuisine a few months ago.... Satisfied with the experience we had, we decided to return with friends and relatives to celebrate my birthday and what can I say, this time too they did not disappoint... Everything perfect and exquisite with respect for real cuisine Neapolitan... Thanks to Angelo Michele and Aisha for their availability, professionalism and friendliness... Excellent food, true Neapolitan cuisine, I was there on a Sunday for lunch, with a packed place and despite this it was all delicious, highly recommended also for families with small children

We left Rome to eat typical quality Neapolitan cuisine, a fantastic experience, dishes cooked very well in the true Neapolitan tradition, top quality raw materials, I really recommend you, book because it's always full!!!

We were in those parts and we chose this restaurant by chance for lunch. We ate super well. Every dish is a delicacy including the babas. What we were dumbfounded about was ONLY the person who took the orders. He didn't have the savoir faire that someone who takes orders or serves tables should normally have. We'll just say this.

Ieri sera ho scoperto questo angolodi paradiso vicinisso all'hotel dove dormo abitualemtne se vengo a Caserta al Van Vitelli e non ero mai venuto a mangiare in questa Trattoria Pepè. Incuriosito dalle precedenti recensioni lette su questo portale ho deciso di provare e devo dire mi sono trovato benissimo. Partendo dalla gentilezza del personale a finire alla bontà dei cibi. Io ho preso un antipasto di mare spettacolare, 5 stelle al baccalà marinato! poi ho proseguito con una zuppetta di cozze e fagioli e altro buona e abbondante che non sono riuscito a finire anche perchè anche l'antipasto era abbondante. Alla fine ti offrono delle noci da schiacciare con un martello il legno e questa cosa è stata molto apprezzata anche il limoncello mi hanno offerto. Che dire dovrò tornare assolutamente per provare altre pietanze e lo consiglio viviamente.

Cucina tradizionale locale che mi è piaciuta molto! Il personale molto simpatico e disponibile (eravamo una tavolata di 20 persone). Antipasti misti e un'altra portata a testa circa 30€ bevande incluse. Parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze. Torneremo alla prossima trasferta di lavoro!
