From the outside, it looks like a place you wouldn't believe, right on the road, a simple farmhouse, typical of the area. But as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a disarming smile and immediately feel at home. The food is divine, excellent quality, first courses excellent (the tortelli are simply mouth-watering), and the second courses a riot of deliciousness.
We've been frequenting this trattoria for over 10 years, but every time it's a unique experience. I'm moved to tears because places like this are so rare these days.

Typical Piacenza cuisine. For lunch, choose between a set menu or à la carte. Everything tastes good, with high-quality ingredients. I recommend it.

I feel at home here. The quality of their products is unbeatable, starting with the cured meats, which are unparalleled, the homemade pasta dishes, and everything else. Excellent value for money and a superb wine cellar with a wide selection of both local and international wines. For me, it's the best restaurant in Piacenza.

The perfect place to enjoy Piacenza cuisine. Risottos, pisarei, tortelli, and anolini are unmissable. And an excellent selection of wines.

After trying to book a couple of times on the weekend, I finally managed to find a place at the renowned Trattoria Paganuzzi, even if it was for lunch and on Thursdays.
The restaurant presents itself as a typical Trattoria in the countryside around Carpaneto Piacentino, don't expect any special effects... they focus on the essentials: good food, simple and therefore not obvious, and friendliness.
As in the flyer I attach, you will find almost forgotten dishes that belong to the Emilian tradition. Personally, I was happy with my excellent tagliatelle with wild boar and... listen up: the cooked salami. I also recommend the local cold cuts, aged to the right point and not the ones you find more and more often that give the sensation of being freshly made.

Yesterday (Sunday) my boyfriend and I woke up very slowly.
But I already had lunch half-baked.
But no, we looked at each other and said...we already know it's going to be a very complicated week, and we'll definitely argue about it. Let's go to Betta's.
At 1:40 PM we tried to get in touch with them.
But obviously no one answered.
They were packed, and there was a line of people trying to ask for a table...and they...they were amazing, trying to please everyone...those present...those looking for a seat...those who wanted to chat at the table...those who had to pay...everyone...no one excluded...trying to make Sunday as pleasant as possible for everyone despite the chaos (which for them I think you could call madness).
We sat there in our little corner, trying to be as inconvenienced as possible.
Local newspaper...phone...a chat...we knew we were sitting in a trattoria. At the very peak time

Both us and the tables around us were served at the speed of light... absolutely unexpected speed... with kindness, cordiality, and irony... nothing was missing
Let's not even talk about the deliciousness!!!!

Excellent trattoria.
We discovered it almost by accident and will definitely be back.
We only ordered the cured meats and cheeses and found them fantastic.
The owner and staff were quick and extremely efficient.
