Our second visit to this restaurant, and once again we were satisfied. The appetizers were varied and plentiful, the first courses were really good, and the desserts were excellent. We'll be back again.

A small restaurant offering an interesting menu. The dishes, inspired by local tradition, are very tasty and well-prepared, including those featuring horse meat that we particularly enjoyed. We really enjoyed the tagliata, meatballs, and "pezzetti" (small pieces). The price/quality ratio is favorable.

It's nice to still find a genuine, good and traditional way of cooking even in places on the outskirts of tourism. You absolutely have to try it if you're in the area. Top appetizer, excellent spaghetti with mussels and clams and what about the cuttlefish? Amazing. Dessert? Finally a proper dessert. Congratulations.

11/09/2025: This was the best meal we had in all of Puglia. It is a hidden gem slightly outside of the tourist area. And it’s staffed by the warmest Italian owner and staff. Try the eggplant parmigiana, spaghetti with mussels, meatballs, and sausage!

The cuisine, traditional and authentic, is meticulously prepared and surprisingly delicious, with exquisite attention to detail. The zucchini flowers, in particular, are a true masterpiece of flavor. The atmosphere is truly Salento, which is reflected in both the dishes and the hospitality, making the experience authentic and unforgettable. One aspect worth highlighting is the great attention to gluten-free options: the organization is impeccable and conveys a sense of security, allowing you to enjoy every course with complete peace of mind. The service is equally special: the staff is friendly, attentive, and always available, effortlessly combining professionalism and friendliness.
