The atmosphere is very simple, but the dishes are truly delicious, most of which are made by my grandfather. I recommend both the polenta and the cotechino. The soup is also very, very good.

MAGNIFICENT trattoria. You could choose from three menus, and we chose the one with appetizers, main course, dessert, and coffee. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the food is simply wonderful, all homemade. The POLENTA CONCIA is particularly noteworthy, and we had seconds (a huge plus: after each course, they stopped by to ask if we'd like more).
In short, I would happily return, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent trattoria. They offered us a choice of two menus, and we both opted for the one with one less course. They served a mixed antipasto, polenta with stew, and an appetizer and Seuppa Valdostana. Everything was delicious, so they didn't overcrowd the plate, but they're happy to offer second helpings if you want.
Don't miss the baked pear... exceptional!

Surrounded by mountains and woods, the trattoria presents itself as a true mountain trattoria, complete with wooden furnishings and a stove. The food is equally impressive: polenta concia, stew, and their zoupa (maybe it's not spelled like that 😅), and upon request, the legendary grolla dell'amicizia.
The staff is super friendly and, above all, attentive to the customer's needs.
Good prices. Definitely worth a visit.

A top-notch family-run trattoria. Rustic atmosphere with mountain views (when there aren't any low clouds). Excellent service and food, featuring locally sourced and locally sourced produce. With the full menu, we were able to try a little bit of everything, and it was a fantastic experience. All this topped off with a warm and professional service.
Definitely worth a try! Reservations are recommended, of course.

Even if it is a little far from the tourist circuits, it is located 4 kilometers from the Verres castle in the hinterland, going to this restaurant is worth the trip, family-run with 3 generations in the dining room, it offers menus for all budgets with raw materials grown and produced by them or by zero-kilometer suppliers, the dishes are of the pure Aosta Valley tradition with excellent specialties, needless to say the quality-price ratio is excellent, congratulations
