A truly delightful discovery. Excellent traditional Aosta Valley cuisine with top-quality ingredients, complemented by a selection of Aosta Valley beers. It has a pleasant covered outdoor area. Excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Our favorite place!!!! The quality of the food is very high, with locally sourced and artisanal ingredients. The hospitality of Elvia and her family is unparalleled: maximum availability, complete attention to detail. One of the times we went recently was my birthday, and they left me a bouquet of flowers and a little gift from the house. I've recommended this to other people and they were all super enthusiastic. I'll conclude by highlighting the landscape, just a few minutes from Verres, a corner of paradise.

The food was good, the service was average.
The only flaw was, when I asked, "Can I have another spoonful of polenta?" they replied that the portions were already generous, so if I wanted more, they would bring me another portion. Okay, fine, I ordered another.
No problem.
I've also been to a trattoria, so I see it differently.
I repeat, it's just a small flaw.

At the top of the mountain, a very rustic and traditional restaurant, but with the surprising modernity of Bob, a robot serving at the tables. Fabulous! The food is excellent, traditional, and well-seasoned. I recommend trying the Seuppa, one of the best soups I've ever had, and what can I say, excellent! It's worth the trip.

Ottima l' idea di porre a disposizione del cliente una carta di identificazione dei prodotti che compongono il menù. Buoni i salumi, notevoli il cotechino e patate con il bagnet vert, di livello la seuppa, molto solida e saporita. Che dire della polenta concia accompagnata da un sostegno di porri, funghi e una carbonara eccellente. Molto buoni i dolci. Prezzo molto equilibrato.
