I would go back and come back! One of those authentic, genuine places, like so few others these days. Quality food, traditional yet never boring, with a variety of interesting options. The staff is always available to accommodate everyone's needs (including vegetarians). Ideal for family or group lunches.

The two of us arrived for Sunday lunch after searching in vain for restaurants in the valley.
Hospitable hosts, excellent service, local food not for tourists, and a view of the beautiful snow-capped mountains... in short, all the ingredients for a delightful lunch.

The atmosphere is very simple, but the dishes are truly delicious, most of which are made by my grandfather. I recommend both the polenta and the cotechino. The soup is also very, very good.

MAGNIFICENT trattoria. You could choose from three menus, and we chose the one with appetizers, main course, dessert, and coffee. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the food is simply wonderful, all homemade. The POLENTA CONCIA is particularly noteworthy, and we had seconds (a huge plus: after each course, they stopped by to ask if we'd like more).
In short, I would happily return, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
