Yes, the service isn't great, but it's a family business. You'll find friendliness, even if not professional service. The tiramisu and pizza were fantastic. I paid 14 euros including the aqua.

The best pizza of my life! The most attentive and helpful waiter, open to special requests. We'll be back tomorrow! /// The next day continued: ...and the best minestrone! And the service, and the little appetizers and desserts. 5 stars!!!!! /// We've been back home for 14 days now, cooked a minestrone based on Il Secchio's recipe, but it didn't turn out as well. I'm attaching a photo of the pizza maker: he's a master of his craft. - Dear Il Secchio, we'll be back next year!

Excellent place. Delicious and plentiful food. The service makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended. They even gave us some Dolce & Gabbana with dessert! Fantastic! Come visit!

The best seafood here I ate with pasta and they have a very good white wine. I went on Friday night with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Thank you for making our evening wonderful.

11/01/2026: We really liked our room here. It was in a great area to walk to all the attractions. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars was because the beds were a little to hard for us. The restaurants and shops outside our room was pretty loud late into the evening. The walls are thin so expect to here others but not too bad. The bathroom is small but had everything you needed. I would say if you're a larger person it would be tight. We're small peeps so it wasn't an issue for us. Overall nice place to stay.
28/11/2025: Perfect location, friendly host, supreme cleanness and quality of sleep. Definitely recommend
