Trattoria discovered by pure chance because it is close to our hotel. The trattoria is simple and genuine like the owners. something that can already be deduced from the menu, a simple sheet written in pen and laminated to which the owners verbally add the dishes of the day, side dishes and desserts (because they are fresh and therefore vary from day to day). I have only one regret, that of following a ketogenic regime so I could only admire and listen to the goodness of the fresh pasta and various appetizers taken by my husband. However, I enjoyed the truly delicious second courses and cold cuts. I have to thank the owner (the chef) and his daughter (who takes care of the dining room) for having accepted my off-menu request. They are two pleasant and kind people. I highly recommend Trattoria da Pinuccio and their homemade desserts

Sono rimasta piuttosto delusa da uno dei piatti che amo di più, i pisarei e faso. Tra quelli che ho mangiato durante la nostra vacanza, erano i peggiori, veramente senza sapore, nonostante fosse la variante con salsiccia e cipolla, che quindi mi aspettavo un po' più saporita. Forse sono migliori nella versione tradizionale. Buoni però l'antipasto di uova e salsa al tartufo e la carne di Angus. Cameriera gentile, ambiente piacevole da vecchia trattoria.

I'm here in the area for work, I'm visiting various pizzerias and restaurants, I feel like giving a very positive opinion on this. I took pisarei and phases, a typical dish of the area, perhaps slightly salty but I think it's because of the seasoning. A very good soft peach dessert. If I'm here again I will definitely come back to try something else.
