We love everything about this trattoria! Reading their history on the menu is nothing short of exciting. The context, both external and internal, is all to be discovered: it seems like taking a leap into a rustic, poetic past, made of nature, traditions and veracity. The quality and presentation of the dishes are definitely appreciable, recipes from Vicenza that can now be considered true rarities revisited with wisdom for the joy of the palate, with abundant use of aromatic herbs, vegetables and raw materials generally produced at zero kilometer or thereabouts. The gems are the structure of the ancient mill and the tools of the past, the lithographs by Galliano Rosset that dot the rooms and the garden of medicinal and aromatic herbs. Continue to keep this splendid reality alive with the same passion shown so far!

Great service and lovely charming place for this ristorante.
The place is very nice, welcoming and well kept. Good food comes with a refresher so the quantities are also excellent.
The menu for the vegetarian guest to be reviewed.

“Sunday lunch” is what I think of this historic trattoria: it represents it fully.
Historic, warm place; large and inviting menu; welcoming staff.
I was also struck by the numerous lithographs that decorate the walls with descriptions of old crafts, traditions and aromatic herbs (outside there is also a medicinal garden): original! At the checkout you will have the opportunity to buy them, if you like them.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit alter Holzdecke und Weintrennwand mit einer alten Mühle. Sehr nette Besitzer, unbedingt reservieren! Wir hatten Tris di Tartar und Ossocollo mit Salami und Polenta als Vorspeise, deftiges Radicchio Risotto und köstlichen Kapaun mit Zimtnelken in einem Tontopf gegart nach einem Rezept aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, alleine dafür lohnt sich der Besuch!

Luogo magico… il giardino esterno é incantevole. Abbiamo ordinato un salmerino e bigoli all’anitra. Tutto di altissima qualità. Materie prime ottime e cucina assolutamente regionale. Bravi. Bello. Buono!
