Splendid location
Trattoria located in an old mill, beautifully restored, with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a garden, and a pond where you can relax on wooden benches. Superlative food, decidedly above-average, and attentive service. From the appetizers to the Amaro del Frate liqueur, you feel cared for and well-attended. A unique experience, worth repeating.

I hadn't been back for 2 years and I had fond memories of it; the atmosphere seemed more intimate. The food I ate was average: gnocchi with too much sauce and salty meat.

Fantastic place, it is above all delicious, we were passing through those parts, found by chance with the help of Google to have dinner in a quiet place and with typical local dishes, what can I say a fantastic discovery, we are from Brescia but we will definitely come back if we are in the area 🤩

A very, very beautiful place in the Caldogno/Cresole countryside. The food is very good and well-crafted, especially in the choice of local and seasonal ingredients. I will definitely be back.
My only complaint is the beef millefeuille I ordered. I would remove it from the menu entirely. It's simply seared beef carpaccio, with potatoes and cabbage. It's the only dish that doesn't live up to the menu's standards. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

Great place for a date night. The food is delicious and we’re always satisfied after our meal. One of my favorite things on the menu is the beef cheek so tender it just falls apart.

This old mill is a beautiful place. It's a bit out of the way, but it's an idyllic spot. The restaurant is located in the main building of the former mill, with an old millstone behind glass as a reminder of this.
The food was delicious, fresh, and typically regional. The price/performance ratio is absolutely perfect; the menu is well worth it.
The extensive wine list is also impressive, offering everything from affordable regional wines to expensive classics.
The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.
I really enjoyed both the food and the harmonious ambiance here.

An excellent experience in a very charming setting. The outdoor garden with the turning mill wheel is perhaps a bit noisy, but the charm emanating from the surrounding pergolas and plants makes you forgive even the sound of the trickling water. We visited in the evening. It was an excellent dinner, with a special memory of the "guinea fowl supreme with garlic herb." We'll definitely return to try the other enticing menu items.

Il ristorante sorge in un vecchio mulino tuttora funzionante. Noi abbiamo pranzato all'aperto sotto una pergola, atmosfera davvero piacevole. Personale gentile e attento. Ho scelto uno dei due menù proposti (è possibile anche ordinare alla carta) e mi ha soddisfatto. Risotto con erbe aromatiche: un' esplosione di gusti!
