Sunday lunch with typical Mantuan dishes. Starter of cured meats with giardiniera, cappelletti in broth, boiled meat: beef, tongue and cotechino accompanied by spinach, sautéed potatoes and apple mustard.

Simple, traditional, tasty cuisine. The typical, small roadside restaurant where you are treated like a friend rather than a customer. Consumed: risotto with sausage, creamy sautéed potatoes that are a feast for the palate. The tiramisu made in the morning was exceptional, light.

Ci siamo capitati x caso, e siamo capitati bene!!! Persone gentili, accoglienti e simpatiche. Abbiamo ordinato 4 bianchi x come aperitivo e hanno un prosecco niente male. Abbiamo iniziato con antipasto di affettati, formaggio, sott'olio e mostarda da leccarci i baffi!!! Lambrusco e acqua x accompagnare 2 maccheroncini alla salsiccia e 2 tortelli di zucca, tutto ottimo. 2 dolci all'uva 3 caffè x finire. Il tutto 150€ in 4. Ben spesi!! Le porzioni erano abbondanti e soprattutto molto buono. Se siete da quelle parti, consigliamo!!!!!

Wonderful experience, the two gentlemen are truly exquisite people. Top food as true tradition dictates. It feels at home. Highly recommended.

06/01/2025: Wonderful Experience!! We discovered this Hosteria after having an aperitif in their Botega, another fantastic place in the center of Caorle. We were welcomed by Davide, an impeccable host, who immediately made us feel at home. We took all the appetizers, because we can't choose. Then each a different first course. Note the choice: it is not the classic "seafood" one, in fact you can find traditional dishes, such as boiled meat and delicious tortellini in broth, served directly from the pot! A long man from another era! Another gem, the artisanal grappas: described by hand by the producer, without actually specifying the ingredients. You choose by feeling. So what can I say? Excellent experience. Excellent quality/price ratio, everything good and looked after. Thanks David! The ones from Bashan😉

07/12/2024: Rural environment surrounded by greenery without ambient noise. Willing and friendly service. Local cuisine that varies from game to pork. The game is not farmed.
