We found this place by chance! We had tagliatelle with duck ragù, rigatoni with sausage ragù and veal rump, and cured meats. Everything was very good and tasty. The prices were fair, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

Trattoria di paese come ormai non se ne vedono più in giro. Personale simpaticissimo e molto alla mano, pochi tavoli, bagno all'esterno, atmosfera conviviale. I piatti sono casalinghi e genuini, cucinati davvero molto bene e in dosi abbondanti. Una chicca: se prendete il caffè, vi portano anche la bottiglia di grappa per la correzione! Da tornarci quanto prima.

Excellent cuisine, simple, traditional dishes, very well prepared. Clean place, excellent service. Top-quality cured meats, homemade pumpkin tortelli, delicious. Chiacchiere and traditional Carnival desserts that melt in your mouth. Truly excellent.

I love it because it's a small, rustic, family-friendly place, with a lovely, convivial atmosphere and all the flavors of simple, home-cooked, authentic cuisine. The short, yet successful, menu features local ingredients.

Sunday lunch with typical Mantuan dishes. Starter of cured meats with giardiniera, cappelletti in broth, boiled meat: beef, tongue and cotechino accompanied by spinach, sautéed potatoes and apple mustard.
