We came to Arborea for work and perhaps we couldn't have eaten better. Excellent ingredients and quality come together in every dish here. A place driven by the passion that can be felt. Maybe the prices are a little high, but the final bill was super honest.

I first got to know the Margherita restaurant through the stories of Giacomo, the owner and, as the saying goes, whoever praises himself is cheating... Finally after a few months, thanks to a friends' birthday party, we managed to reach the town of Arborea and have dinner at Margherita. What can I say? everything is perfect, so Giacomo can continue to praise himself with impunity. Artisanal lorighittas, very fresh vegetables and fish, small touches of taste and refinement and finally, lots of Italian and not just Sardinian tradition, from tortelli to blancmange. Friendly and attentive staff under the excellent direction of Giacomo. to try and to return!!

I had dinner in this place as I was passing through and I was truly "astonished" by the impeccable service. A truly extraordinary welcome, explanation of the typical local dishes, quality of the food, very short waiting times, everything is served hot and visible. Truly extraordinary

Esistono locali più economici, sarà vero, ma penso che questo locale faccia tutto pensando a dare sempre dei prodotti di qualità assoluta.
Per farla breve, ho speso 41 euro per un primo eccellente, un ottimo secondo, un calice di vino, acqua; tovaglia e tovagliolo di tessuto, ottimo pane e bagno molto pulito con sapone della Farmasinara.
In trattorie di livello molto più basso ho speso anche di più.
Il primo erano lorighittas condite con polpa di pesce, una delizia. Il secondo era manzo con polenta, stupendo. Alla fine ho faticato a terminare tutto.
Sono felice di esserci stato, tornerò.
