I was impressed by all the positive aspects of this place: the hospitality, the expertise, the cleanliness, the location (for those who appreciate green landscapes), the flavors, the selection. I didn't take the opportunity, but the Florentine steak and rib-eye steaks were impressive. I enjoyed the pici cacio e pepe and a delicious appetizer. And the kindness, a lot. Well done.

Discovered this restaurant by chance on a Saturday out of town. The staff were friendly and welcoming despite the inconvenient time (we arrived at 2:30 PM without a reservation). The food was excellent and the prices were very fair!

A lovely trattoria!!! Pasta fatta a mano con sugi a scelta! Fiorentina Maremmana is a delight! Always a delight! The wine rosso della casa is molto buono! A very pleasant Italian trattoria! You can choose from several types of handmade pasta with regional sauces! The meat is amazing, the Fiorentina Maremmana is one of the best we've ever had. I highly recommend it! Very good wine, home-made from a local vineyard. Appetizers and desserts are also available. The wine list is very good, but we always prefer the wine della casa! Here's my advice... we're in Italy, Tuscany, so remember to always book a table in advance! It's an Italian tradition! Even when you enter the restaurant, you'll see that the tables are empty and the staff will inform you that there's no room, but those tables have all been reserved for that time! I highly recommend it!

We had TWO lovely dinners at this “Gem” of a restaurant in October 2025. Don’t be discouraged by the isolated location. It is totally worth it . The server is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable host who has great passion in assuring a delightful experience. Please take the opportunity to go to this restaurant.

The food is delicious, nothing to complain about. Homemade pasta and wonderful gnocchi. The lamb chops with potatoes are delicious, the homemade desserts are superb. It's a shame about the place: it's not very well-kept, very noisy, and when you bring the T-bone steaks or grilled meats, the smoke in this small place is quite annoying. This place is nestled in the countryside, so if you're lucky, you might even see foxes crossing the road, as we did. Anyway, the food is good.
